Stonebridge Diner — Restaurant in McKinney

Food looks great but tastes dry. 3 stars because some of the food came out overcooked. Pancakes are great, but if you’re going to make thick pancakes, make sure they’re not overcooked so they don’t come out dry. Hash browns are unbeatable — not sure if it’s the massive amount of cheese or just how they like them greasy. This place is close to my house, so I’ll for sure give it another chance. Could just be a new cook. Looking forward to updating this review.

On a side note, a friend had the chicken and waffles — chicken was overcooked...

There's a new breakfast / brunch / lunch cafe in town and it is exceptional. Welcome to the neighborhood, Stonebridge Diner! The warm greeting at the door was genuine and felt like a visit with family or friends. The menu is loaded with so much savory fare. The seasonal pumpkin pancakes were perfect and the scrambled eggs delicious. The service was friendly and and engaging. The decor is fresh and comfortable. My long-time friends from out of town were visiting me and we went to Stonebridge Diner for breakfast. The menu has many choices and the prices are reasonable. We each had a different selection from the menu and the breakfast entrees were excellent and cooked perfect. Our waitress, Amber, was wonderful and gave us great service. The restaurant location was remodeled and updated and had a clean, fresh look with plenty of booths and tables. Looking forward...
