Starbucks — Restaurant in McMinnville

I order thru doordash delivery nearly everyday. We always get the same to drinks, we spend about $20 everyday to have the coffee delivered as my boss is bed ridden. 2 separate orders this week, I had for my daily drink were less than drinkable. I had reported today's undrinkable coffee dissatisfaction to doordash & i recieved a $7.40 refund. However that doesn't refund the money im charged for delivery or the tip. To be made whole again, I'd have to spend another $9 to get the coffee I already paid for. It's a slap in the face to spend the money we spend on coffee every day, wanting to get what we expect & paid for only to be given a minimal amount back. I'm super frustrated & this happens FAR too often with Starbucks. This is my 2nd "coffee" this week that tasted like partially frozen milk with a coffee aftertaste. No sweetness ,it's NOT drinkable & I'm pretty upset that it keeps happening & when it does, & I'm given a refund, it's not the entire amount I'm required to pay to get what I otlrdered. That doesn't make me whole again. It makes me feel like nobody really cares if the consumer is satisfied, so long as we got the coffee portion of the money back. I'd just like the order to be the order I paid for & the order I'm expecting. I can understand every now and again having a coffee that isn't as yummy as I hoped, that happens, but this happens far too often for me to not be upset about it. I'm over here losing money. Im not sure whats going on with the crazy amount of bad comments. Im very very picky when it comes to my coffee and this starbucks out of most of the starbucks around town or surrounding areas always mess up my coffees. I only like a select few in the areas but this one is fantastic at making the coffee and the service is top notch. I appreciate the love that goes into the coffee here at this location and the fact they are always willing to work with you if you are a tad low on funds or if they do make a mistake they immediately fix it if your not too chicken to speak up. Ive been coming here since day 1 and they haven't disappointed yet and even if they did once or twice, they're only human, and we all make mistakes. Thank you guys for your amazing service, wonderful and clean atmosphere, and great coffee every time. Plus, you guys are so fast it's unreal how great the coffee comes out even though you make it like speedy Gonzales hahaha. I won’t ever come back to this location . I’m so disappointed after going to this location. My coffee taste like it has old shots. The girl also added whip cream to my hot coffee (it’s not supposed to). My frappe was so runny and half the drink had whip cream so I don’t know what the girls deal is with putting a ton of whip cream on drinks but it ruined it. I had my frappe layered of whip and it wasn’t supposed to be. They were out of everything to eat other than a sandwich but still had them in the showcase. And unfortunately when I very nicely said something about the whip cream she wouldn’t remake them and practically ignored me and laughed. I stopped going to start bucks for a while and recently started going again and I don’t plan on going after this because I paid $15 for 3 drinks and 2 of them were horrible and ended up not getting...
