The worse taco bell I've ever visited. Got nauseas after eating the horrible food. The food was so sloppy, greasy as heck and nasty. I was scared to eat it, which im glad i didnt. We all got sick after a couple hours. Too many people working their standing around doing nothing. Too many teens working their not wanting to do their job. I will never come back. They need some older generations in there. I'm appalled at this taco bell. Plus the wait is a joke. There's other things I refuse to post publicly that I can say about this place but I wont. It isn't nice. Just from what I said is enough info. Anyways something needs to change or no one's going to want to come back. It's sad to see such a great fast food place get such bad reviews. Especially when a renovation was just recently done. Seems nothing came out of it. update I finally decided to go back and it was packed. I decided to do a walk in knowing the history of being in line so long. I went in to a guy at the register smiling and trying to get the attention of someone and he sticks his hands in the air frustrated and touching the menu over his head and just like hello no one's listening to me. So I look into the kitchen and as usual it was a gigantic mess. Always is. It seems like no one literally ever cleans the kitchen or dumps the trash that's always always overflowing. It's next to the stations and I can't imagine if it spills into the prep area or onto the stove. It'd cause a fire and it's just unsanitary. Also not enough workers. Because of atleast 10 people waiting for food or in line. I walked in 2 mins and walked out asap. I was not eating at that place once again. I wanted to give it a chance. No thank u. Read moreThis was literally one of the absolute worst examples of customer service I have ever witnessed. Firstly when I called I asked the name of the young lady who answered the phone when she implied she was the manager (Emily), then once she realized I was not going to be rude or combative back and only wanted an issue resolved for my elderly father who is a disabled veteran who not only received the worst food imaginable (I have photos and will be passing this along to their Corporate office when it opens Monday morning at 7am Pacific time) but the worst possible attitude when he called to let them know there was an issue she then got the General Manager (Jake). My father came through the drive thru around 12pm when he called regarding the food that was far below par and the drinks that were aggressively watered down he was told they would give him a free Taco COUPON for his next visit after which he called me and I spoke to Jake (An awful excuse for leadership) finally at 2pm after my father tried to resolve the issue, then threw the disgusting excuse for food out and went elsewhere for lunch. I was offered that my father could return and they would remake the food as this point and when I explained that was not necessary as they went elsewhere after all the issues and I suggested he offer a refund I was tld and I quote "There will be NO REFUND... (Click the phone hung up)". Now being in the customer service field and having a large staff myself I can understand frustration hence why I am always polite even in situations like this, therefore his response was not only shocking but completely unwarranted and I am going to make certain the community and their Corporate office know exactly how they treat no only the general public but our nations HEROS who fought for the freedoms we have today. As a regular customer who places substantial orders for delivery, I have encountered a recurring problem where my Dasher arrives at the store to pick up the order, only to be informed by staff that the order has already been picked up. This has happened on numerous occasions now. Given the pattern and the size of these orders, it is difficult to believe that multiple Dashers have mistakenly picked up the wrong large order. The most logical conclusion based on these repeated incidents is that these large orders are being marked as picked up or potentially cancelled by the store after they are placed, perhaps due to an unwillingness or inability to fulfill them during busy periods. This situation is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. It leads to significant delays, the hassle of contacting customer support for refunds, and ultimately, not receiving the food that was ordered and paid for. This repeated failure to fulfill confirmed large orders is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reliability and service of this location.
