I didn’t have the greatest experience at this location. When me and my family entered, we had to take a selfie? I thought that was a little odd but not a huge deal, I understand why it was implemented but just not what I’m accustom to from years of being a guest at chucky cheese. Secondly, when I asked the lady at customer service what was included in the package, she told me everything for the amount of minutes you purchase but then another employee approached me about my child jumping on the trampoline? I explained that I was told my package was unlimited and she told me the trampoline was an add-on. I’m not confrontational and didn’t want to keep pressing the issue so I just moved on to the arcade games. As my children played I notice I was being followed around by the employees, whenever I looked over my shoulder one or two of them were there, this behavior was very unusual to me because they were playing some of the arcade games and hovering around me and my children. It made me feel very uncomfortable so I left the area and went across the room. I also overheard about 6 employees in a group having a conversation about one of them telling me my child couldn’t get on the trampoline? I couldn’t understand why that was so important when I just said okay and let it go, it wasn’t even longer that a one minute conversation, I guess they just wanted to have something to gossip about and she felt as though she did something big, I’m not sure but it was unnecessary. Lastly, the picture on the Photo Booth were terrible, and unclear. There were a couple of broken machine and there isn’t that much to do there now that they have removed the ball pit and the indoor playgrounds but I do understand that was years ago. Overall, I don’t see myself returning to this location and possible any more chucky cheese locations if the business is ran this way. They are greedy, and I don’t believe I got what I paid for. Dave & Busters is a better choice if you want to go to an arcade and it much more to do and also pretty fun for the adults as well. I hate to say it but I don’t see a bright future for chucky cheese, they will not be around in the...
Read moreThe staff was fine. The corporate app and fun pass policies are dumb. I bought the annual fun pass a couple months ago but never used the app to do so, I bought it direct from the staff at register. They gave us the cards and said we were good to go. Now apparently you have to scan the app to use the fun pass. So it took 5 min to download the app inside the store due to weak signal. Then the app doesn’t allow me to register an account under the phone number for my fun pass account. Plus there is no way to go back to the main menu, it’s stuck on the screen that asks for your phone number. The staff suggested I delete the app and start over.
I would suggest you have the staff bypass this problem at the register and avoid the app until they fix it. I believe before the mandatory app policy, the register was a loop hole that allowed multiple users to abuse the same account. Now they ask for an id to confirm the account. As long as you have the id and phone number of the account holder, you can...
Read moreVery different from the Chuck E. Cheese experience I grew up with! The venue was clean and well-lit with an open floor plan. The patina of grease and grime from my childhood was nowhere to be found.
The staff were attentive and helpful. They worked hard to make sure everyone's birthday parties went smoothly. They did a good job of channeling the chaotic energy of the 40-50 sugar-rushed children in positive directions and averting a full-on "Lord of the Flies" situation.
The "all you can play" cards prevented feels-bad moments for the kids, but I don't know how much the parents hosting the party had to pay for them.
Overall, my 5-year-old daughter had a great time. I think she probably would have marginally preferred attending a birthday party at SkyZone because she prefers climbing / physical activities over video/carnival games, but that's really more a matter of...
