McDonald's — Restaurant in McNair

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever! I placed a simple order: a 6-piece chicken nugget with a medium fry and Coke, plus a 20-piece nugget with a large fry and a large shake. When I got to the window, I mentioned I was still waiting on the large fry, large shake, and sweet & sour sauce—basic items needed to complete the order, especially with nearly 30 nuggets for my family.

I was told I hadn’t been charged for the large fry or shake. I said no problem, I’ll pay at the window—just please give me the rest of my order. Instead of resolving it smoothly, the employee brings out the shake and then tells me I have to park and wait for the large fry that they forgot to charge me for. I said absolutely not—I’m already here, and everyone behind me is getting fries, so I’ll wait at the window.

Then the manager comes over and insists I park and come inside to pay for the items they left out. If I wanted to come in, I wouldn’t have used the drive-thru in the first place!

Completely unacceptable. Disorganized staff, poor communication, and zero accountability for their own mistake. I will not be returning to...

This is a pretty good McDonald's compared to others. The only time I had an issue with my order was when they didn't take the cheese off of my cheeseburger, I got a cheeseburger because there was a deal, which made it cheaper than a regular burger. However, that's a pretty easy mistake to make. I've gone to this location late at night and have had some of the best McDonald's fries then - which is usually the opposite because there are so few customers and fries just sit for a while.

Mobile order has been fine, can't really distinguish good or bad service there. Drive through has also been good. I've never gone inside to have my order taken, but I will say that this is the SLOWEST option at any McDonald's - always pick drive-through if you can or curbside (although curbside can have its issues - I have been forgotten and had to go through the drive-through anyways).

All in all, I have no legitimate complaints about this McDonald's - the only reason I'll give a bad review is if I've had repeat mistakes on my order, the service is always slow no matter how busy, or employees are...

Drive thru took order great got to first window, young female mumbled something at us, then took card, I assumed she was taking another order, handed me my PD slip it was for person ahead of me, who at this time realized she too had paid and was being given wrong food, we told her that was not our food and she got an attitude as if we ( myself and the lady in front) were at fault as she repeated the order to us I tried to explain that because she did not look at us as she mumbled off something I though she was taking another person's order, at that point she raised her voice to tell me she isnt taking orders, by this time 2 lead people took over both windows and corrected the errors. I am to mature to put up with snotty attitude from anyone, thus the low rating, managers took care of it but she even got loud and rude toward them. Would think twice as customer service should be a priority, and this young lady definitely needs to remember that.
