AT&T Store — Local services in Vernon Township

I have had an at&t account since it was cellone. Today I went to the meadville Pennsylvania branch in the Value City plaza. I explained to the first person and showed him the conversations I had through att chat on their app. I told him the problem and how they agreed to fix it. I was unsuccessful upgrading online, I explained that to him and why. He proceeded to tell me nope that's not going to happen. I asked to speak with a manager. Nick G. came out ask what the problem was. As I explained it to him he proceeded to talk over and down to me. Then asked well if it was up for an upgrade "then why didn't you do it online" I told him I already explained that to you while you were talking over me. He told me I think you should leave. I said I should leave because you can't listen after you ask me a question????? Then he told me I'm not welcome back that I'm banned from that store. This is unbelievable. I will not accept this. AT&T needs to do something about this. They have a guy that has no clue how to even handle himself let alone be in a...

Had an insanely easy process here. Really helpful staff members. Went in to switch from verizon and get 2 new phones. Aiyana (the employee helping us) was extremely helpful. she set everything up extremely quickly and professionally. Had a great conversation with her. Had an issue with the phone (16pro) on the way home. Turned around and went back, walked in and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Godsend cus I was really at a loss. Would like to highly recommend the Meadville PA AT&T store. The staff are very personable and helpful – Jessica helped us last night. I first had talked to Selena and she set up an appointment with us for Jessica. It was a very smooth transition – Jessica was very personable, helpful, and definitely knew her stuff.. I called the Meadville store this morning to let the store manager, Jimmy, know and also to let him know that Selena was also very helpful in our transition. The personnel at the Meadville store should be recognized for their expertise and service. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and this is where we will go from now on to get our phones ...
