10/17/24, I got two orders of mild wings. The wings were incredibly dry and overcooked, and the takeout boxes themselves had a pool of messy sauce in the bottoms that unevenly coated the wings and made eating them both messier and a lot more unpleasant than it had to be. The sauce itself didn't taste mild, it tasted like hot sauce in a way that wasn't even good, it was just obnoxious and tasted bad.

The service was awful. I placed a mobile pickup order on DoorDash as I was already in town and wanted bar wings and that was the fastest and easiest way to order and pay for them, as they were the place with wings I was closest to anyway. When I arrived at the bar to pick them up, the very nice bartender informed me that they weren't done yet, which I was okay with. I was directed to go stand next to a door that said "staff only", and I didn't want to step down into an area clearly marked for staff only, so I stood there and waited. Eventually an older individual with short dyed red hair, who I assume must work there, walked up to me and was SUPER unnecessarily rude and nasty. I don't know if she thought I was a DoorDash driver - I wasn't, I'm a paying customer, I just used the app - but even if I WAS, how she spoke to me was TOTALLY unacceptable. Just because someone is doing a gig job picking up food doesn't mean they deserve to be spoken down to. Anyway, she snapped at me that I had to step down into the staff only area and "yell into the kitchen that I'm here for food, or stand outside the outside door if it is open and talk through the screen because they can't see through walls to know I'm there." Which, whatever. I was trying to be polite and not go somewhere customers aren't supposed to. I apologized and told her I didn't want to step into an area marked staff only, and she interrupted me and told me that doesn't matter, I have to go to the kitchen next time (instead of them just sending the food out when it's done like literally most other places I have ever been to to grab a pickup order), said another snippy line or two. Well, there's not going to be a next time lmao. If you want overdone wings and bad customer service in a dark and seedy atmosphere, this is the place to go! Interveiwed the current joke of a "bouncer" to ensure my own safety after prior bad experiences including bar robery only to be harassed about asking him if he really had the peace. He's a weak fool who complained to the bar women not to my face and any "man" doing that cant handle a bar issue. He's a fake. I can take him easy. Hes a fraud. I have the right to ask him questions to know i am safe or not and the bar tenders told me to leave for asking him. This bar is nothing but trouble. This bouncer is a fake. A fraud. He's a lie. The bartenders cover for this fake. Try asking him a few good questions and see for yourself. He cant keep peace at all....

I asked for crispy fries. They came out not crispy. So I asked them to cook them longer. They did but still wasn't crispy. When I asked them to cook them longer the bartender Kaitlyn got mad. She said I should have asked for crispy in the first place. I did, I always do; but the there was a loud rock song playing and she didn't hear me. Regardless any bar cook can make crispy fries. Just try them before sending them out to see if they're crispy. Won't be back where I get yelled at for wanting my fries crispy.
