I ordered a sandwich through their app the driver came 40 minutes later and try to deliver the wrong sandwich I did not accept the sandwich and now I've been struggling for the last hour to get somebody to answer the phone or give me my money back and I finally get somebody on the phone and he can't give me my money back since it's doordash responsibilities and it's not doordash responsibilities it's their responsibility because I ordered through the New Jersey Mike's app so my sandwiches sitting there on the counter and nobody can get it delivered he actually had hung up on me after me trying to get somebody on the phone for 40 minutes cuz they were not answering the phone and he hung up on me and I had to call back he said his name is Mike but I don't believe that how convenient his name is Mike Jersey Mike when I asked him that he just laughed they did not care about their customers whatsoever Jersey Mike's can't call doordash to pick it up George best will pick it up for me so it's just sitting there on the counter I spent $25 on a sandwich and now I can have to wait 7 stays to get my money back this is just not right I am done with doordash and I am done with...

When the sandwich was made and being passed on to the cashier, my son mentioned that they had forgotten the bacon. He was told, in a very 'so what' attitude, that they were out of bacon. You'd think they'd mention that when he asked for it. If they had done that to me, I'd have walked out. I'm a grumpy old man...and besides, the folks behind the counter were not very inviting. We sat and ate and within 10 minutes a fellow came in and ordered a sandwich with bacon. My son watched as that fellow's sandwich was topped with a huge amount of bacon. You have to wonder what that was all about. We both have been disappointed the few times we've gone there this year and would not have gone today but we were in the area and hungry. I'm pretty sure we won't go back. From seeing all the one-star reviews, I'm sure there are plenty of folks who feel the same way. A mile up the road is a Subway. Read moreThis place was phenomenal in helping me order catering box’s of subs to feed lots of volunteers. Mebane was hit with a storm surge that left whole areas washed out. I was trying to feed volunteers who had gone to help an entire subdivision that had lost everything in flooding. However Mebane was also trying to conserve water as the supply was quickly diminishing. When I showed up to pick the subs up I found the store was closed. However the manager stayed and waited for me to pick up the box’s. She could have called and told me to get there earlier. But she didn’t she just waited knowing I was coming at 3pm. She and her amazing team stayed and made all those subs! She was not just going to go home. This Team Mebane allowed me to feed lots of volunteers when they didn’t have too. From the gentleman who helped me order catering box’s to the lady who put all the condiments in the bag to this amazing manager THANK YOU JUST ISN'T ENOUGH, you are all appreciated and showed Mebane just how bright you can all shine!
