So we walked to bbq house the Friday afternoon before Christmas. The owner came outside kinda looking like we were doing something wrong and he was going to kick my butt. I was afraid but didn’t do anything? My backpack? Oh not again but in this town you are a horrible person if you use a backpack. I had to basically plead with him to want to eat. So we all go inside and we order. I’m super glad he let us in- pulled pork sandwiches piled high with meat, coleslaw, and onions for literally $6.00! His beef brisket sandwiches are served the same way and only $10. The macaroni and cheese is phenomenal, and a small is $4. It was DELICIOUS. I split mine with My friend so I got full on $5.00. He served it with two amazing sauces one mustard style and one bbq style. I want to go back for sure. My new favorite cuisine of Medford yummy. Even cheaper than Burger King and McDonald’s but WAY BETTER AND BETTER FOR YOU YUMMY! My son got sleepy after his brisket lol. Next time I hope dude is not so aggravated but it’s one of those days I guess....

There is NOONE in Medford and I mean that literally NOT ONR SINGLE BITE in Medford that you can get authentic bbq. EXCEPT for this place. They are the only authentic bbq in this town. And it is perfect! There brisket can not be beat and there pulled pork is moist and flavorful with glorious pieces of bark mixed in. The slaw is a perfect compliment sauce is original and flavorful. The ribs are Kansas City style and fall off the bone tender. The max and cheese is smoked and an obsession of my wife’s.
This place holds up to Texas, Kansas City, Carolina standards. So we are lucky to have it...
Read moreThe food wasnt extremely bad or terrible by any means, it just wasn't great really. The good thing I can absolutely say is that the ribs are fall off the bone tender. The flavor just ain't there though as they basically need to be dipped in BBQ sauce. The brisket, to me, was just bad unless dipped in BBQ sauce. I would never suggest anybody ever get the Mac and cheese. The beans were ok but also, I would never suggest them to someone. I hate to be negative about this place because maybe they are learning how to make and run a BBQ place so maybe it gets better. For right now though, the food just isn't hitting. The place itself has a weird parking situation and it slightly smelled bad when walking in. The people were very nice though, and maybe givin more time this place will just get...
