Ok rant time...just went through Carl Jr drive through to grab some burgers for dinner tonight....guy gave me my total...52.51. I said um no I think you need to recalculate the total, he came back with 52.51 again. I said I will be inside in a moment. I went inside, and anyone who knows me well knows that me going inside is not going to be good for anyone working there. So the manager comes to the counter and I advise him of the dilemma, I gave him my order which totaled much less than 52.51. I looked at the receipt he held in his hand and they were trying to charge me 23.00 for 2 chicken sandwiches. I stated that when they read the order back to me it was correct so I am confused why the drive thru employee didn't catch their mistake. They at no time apologized to me nor offered to comp any part of my order. I would have honestly been happy with just an apology but nothing being said just cost this location a call to their corporate office. Corporate added up the order and came up with what I was ultimately charged. So my question really is I wonder who is pocketing the over charged orders?I think what pissed me off more than anything was how dismissive this manager was to me. Ya, not for this girl. Rant over

Read moreCarl's Jr has been a favorite of mine above all of the other fast food choices. Today was hands down, the worst experience. I ordered the biscuit and gravy breakfast meal, drink choice was coffee. I took the cup over to the pump station and found coffee was empty. I took cup back to the counter and flagged the young lady down and she poured the coffee from the back, that part was fine. I go back to coffee station and found that there was no creamer either. I went back to the counter, and explained to her that there was no creamer, so she explained to me that they had no creamer at all. Had I known that when I was ordering, I would have opted for the orange juice. I got done with my breakfast and went to throw out my garbage, and I put my napkins in my pocket, went to use the restroom only to find out that there was no toilet paper either. The funny thing about that situation is that you never find out that until you're done with your business, luckily I had napkins with me. Read moreThe people on the can’t get my food right from the past 4 times i went there. It’s always a mess up and they can repeat back the order to me and still serve it completely wrong. The cashiers are phenomenal. But the line people cannot read the screens and understand common sense. AND I COULD SEE THE SCREENS SAY EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD LIKE AND WHAT NOT TO PUT ON! And the employee on the line did not wash her hands before applying new gloves. It’s pointless arguing to the line. And I wasn’t the only one with this issue, there were multiple people coming in saying that they forgot something or the food was messed up. Their ideals of PLAIN is to still put the sauce on it. I strongly suggest checking the food and make their times go up since thats all they seem to care about. No receipts given either to write the survey. I paid for bacon to be put on two of my burgers but they only gave me one burger with bacon. These line people need better training and they’re not even younger people.
