DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR SANITY HERE. I'm writing this after spending what felt like an eternity in this overpriced, chaotic, germ-infested hellhole. I took my kids here for what I thought would be a fun afternoon, and I'm leaving with a headache, a bruised shin, and a deep-seated resentment for bouncy surfaces.
First off, the 'safety' measures are a joke. The place was PACKED, and I mean shoulder-to-shoulder with screaming, unsupervised children. The staff? Nonexistent. I saw maybe two people vaguely monitoring the entire floor, and they were too busy chatting to each other to notice the rampant near-collisions and outright bullying happening. My youngest was nearly trampled by a group of teenagers doing flips way too close to the little kid zone.
Speaking of the kid zone, it was a disaster. The foam pit was filled with... I don't even want to know what. I saw a half-eaten lollipop and a used band-aid. The whole area smelled like sweaty socks and desperation. The trampolines themselves were worn and uneven, and I'm pretty sure I felt a spring poking through one of them.
And the noise! It was deafening. Constant screaming, the incessant thump-thump-thump of bouncing, and the ear-splitting music they were playing made it impossible to even think, let alone have a conversation. I felt like I was trapped in a bouncy, fluorescent-lit torture chamber.
Then there's the cost. For what they charge, you'd expect at least a semblance of organization and cleanliness. The food was overpriced and mediocre, the arcade games were broken, and the bathrooms... oh, the bathrooms. Let's just say I've seen cleaner public restrooms at a gas station.
And the 'waiver'? They might as well have asked me to sign away my firstborn child. It's a mile long and filled with legal jargon designed to absolve them of any responsibility for the inevitable injuries that happen in this chaotic environment.
I left feeling utterly defeated and disgusted. This place is a breeding ground for germs, injuries, and parental regret. If you value your sanity, your children's safety, and your hard-earned money, STAY AWAY. You'd have a better time bouncing on your living room couch. Seriously, I'm going to go...
Read moreGiving a 3 star because our kids really love going there. 4 weekends in a row we traveled to go to the Medford location from Klamath. Never any issue until this weekend(our kids acted no different any other time we went). We had 2 special needs (autistic) kids with us and 2 teenagers and we could not get left alone by the staff about the 2 younger ones. Constantly being reprimanded for our two younger autistic kids “sitting” on the trampoline. We kept moving location to try and be left alone. We watched and our kids would literally fall down but the second they hit the trampoline the staff would run over, not even giving them a second to get back on their feet before reprimanding them. Now, I understand it’s the “rules” that you can’t sit, but they aren’t allowed to fall down apparently either. But tell me why we sat and watched staff looking directly at multiple other people lounging on the trampolines and not once were they told they needed to get up. Extremely disappointing. Fun place I suppose as long as you’re not bringing special needs children. One guy (Parker?) was super nice once we told him we were trying to manage and make sure they didn’t stay sitting but our son is non verbal and doesn’t always listen either, we were trying our best and he was truly apologetic that we weren’t getting left alone. But there was a female that watched them while ignoring others breaking the rules. If we’re going to be harassed about it then everyone breaking the rules needs to be also. Just extremely discouraging and made us just want to leave. We weren’t able to enjoy ourselves at all.
My only complaint about anything else is the fact that people hop the line. Every time we go people see someone they know at the front and go to stand in line with them, all while still having separate transactions. And it was blatantly obvious they just ran into each other, not groups meeting up. Regardless either way everyone needs to wait in line just like everyone else. Extremely frustrating waiting in line over an hour just for someone to show up and be at the counter in less...
Read moreI recently visited Get Air trampoline park in Medford with my energetic son, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! As a parent, having a place where kids and adults can have fun indoors is a relief. This facility is truly a much-needed solution in the Rogue Valley. Our two-hour session was so enjoyable that my son was already begging to come back, and after a few visits, we decided to invest in a yearly pass—which has already paid for itself!
The park offers a variety of attractions that keep both kids and adults entertained. My son especially loved the Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course where he could time his runs, and the pirate-themed play area for younger children is an absolute hit. The trampoline area, complete with large and angled trampolines, a foam jump pit, and that super cool tracked swing, provides endless excitement. Even the 4-lane basketball zone—where softballs are used for friendly team competitions—adds a fun twist to playtime. Meanwhile, I enjoyed a quiet moment in one of the massage chairs along the back side wall; for just $20, a full 60-minute massage was the perfect way to relax while keeping an eye on my little one.
There are a couple of minor suggestions to enhance the experience even further. Given the place's popularity, the check-in process can be slow, and it might help to have a separate area for membership check-ins. It would also be great if the concession stand operated on a different counter from check-in and if more tables were available for families to sit and relax. Additionally, increasing the number of restrooms, would be a welcome improvement.
Overall, Get Air trampoline park in Medford, Oregon is a fantastic indoor play destination that brings joy and excitement to both kids and adults. I highly recommend it to any family looking for a...
