Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Medford

I rarely ever do fast food, however last weekend we were having a huge yardsale and I didnt have time to make anything so I ran down to Carl's Jr for some lunch. I am glad I went when I did as I was the first one in line at the window and after me the cars began to stack up. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers a kids meal with apple juice a chicken sandwich with fries. After a very long wait I recieved my order and as I drove away I thought that I had better check my bag cuz they just seemed very scattered. When I looked in i norice that they had forgotten the apple juice and fries, so I had to park and run inside. When I was getting ready to leave I decided to take a bite of my chicken sandwich. When I opened it it was as hard as shoe leather and was a greenish color. I wasnt about to eat it so I took it back in. The woman at the counter was nice enough and offered me to make another one or give me my money back. I went for the money. This has grossed me out from ever eating chicken sandwiches and I will never go to...

Yesterday, I was in Medford OR in 104° heat in a car with no A/C. I don't generally patronize Carl's, however it provided two things I was in dire need of: sustenance since my last meal was 12 hours prior and relief via A/C. Since I was the passenger in the 🚗 car I was riding in, my vote for the search of something "healthier" was overridden. I ordered a Santa Fe Burger (?) and ordered it with onions, in addition to the standard green chilies, etc.; waffle fries with very little salt. I remembered this hack to ensure I didn't get something left over from the lunch hour. We were given a numbered n*] They delivered our tray to our table, a welcome service. Other than being a bit slippery due to the sauce extra sauce I also requested,( so THAT was my doing). I can't remember EVER having a more delicious fast food meal in my life. I even passed on "Compliments to the chefs!" ... actually the whole team. I hope the Carl's in Roseburg can follow suit! ( Shhhsh...I...

They are fully incapable of making an accurate order. I have gastroparesis and can’t eat lettuce & a variety of condiments, so I request my cheeseburgers plain. They can’t seem to grasp this concept and give me EXTRA sauce and wilted sloppy lettuce every. single. time. I just ordered one with extra cheese and of course it isn’t there, but the lettuce I requested not be in it certainly is and utterly drenched in a nasty combo of mayo & ketchup that I can’t eat. No clue why we had to wait extra time in line for a special order than wasn’t special (unless you consider “especially messed up” special, which it seems you do), but I’m tired of the same experience with simple orders being so fully screwed up. You literally just don’t add the extra things...it’s less work for you. That’s how you make it plain... Like…make it make sense, please. I can’t justify spending money here anymore since they can’t be bothered to make the simplest of speciality orders...
