I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this is something I have to address. I order Doordash a lot because I don't really have means of transportation since COVID has impacted my life. Subway is comfort food for me, and 9/10 times when I order delivery I get poor product. Most of the time my request for extra cheese is just ignored all together, and this time my request was deliberately discarded and I didn't get any cheese on the two sandwiches that I bought. Read moreWent in today (2/26) with my mom and ordered a sandwich but then we were the annoying customer that also ordered 5 of the footlong pretzels (we got one for each kid we were picking up from school) the young man helping us was AMAZING and super polite and nice. We felt so bad because we didn't know the pretzels took a little bit to make and a line started to form. When manyother would have been irritated, this guy had nothing but positivity and provided such a welcoming atmosphere, so much hospitality.
