Had the worse experience ever at the PE on Delta Waters here in Medford, long story short they didn't have white rice for my order, they wanted me to order grains, fried rice or more chow mien. When I declined cause, I knew those two meals would sit and be thrown away, I asked for a refund for 2 out of the 9 meals I ordered, manager JIMMY, said he couldn't that I had to call corporate!!!! At this time Jimmy never approached me and instead used his employee Jessice (who was super sweet) to go back and forth delivery messages when he was only 5 feet away from me. Two customers overheard when I said was going to call corporate and they got upset and started to harass me over me saying that statement, not knowing I was only following instructions by the manager himself!!! They only assumed I was being a Karen and being difficult about the situation. Had Jimmy addressed me and spoke to me and offered another solution besides trying to force me to order food I did not want or not wait until I was cussed out by customers to offer to then replace my meal on a different day, then maybe this review would be different! I also have a daughter that works at this location and makes me question whether I want her working there knowing if someone ever goes off on her, will he step in to try to diffuse the situation? I left the place without a refund and without two meals.... and I left feeling targeted in so many ways possible. I will repeat myself at no point did Jimmy ever cross a single word to me!!! TO the girl who helped me at the front bless you and praises go to you for keeping calm and trying to your best! It did not go unnoticed. Needless to say I did call corporate, and they indeed did confirm he should have and could have done a refund, I hope he learns from this situation that as a manager you are to care about your employees, customers and the service you give as your represent...

I usually love Panda Express back home down south, but after what happened at the Delta Waters location here in Medford, I might not ever be going back to Panda Express again. Some of the food tasted bland, and most of it was either burnt, overcooked, or tasted like it had been sitting out a while. I probably would have enjoyed the food a little more, or have given the food rating a 3 if I would have been able to enjoy it with some sauce, or if they had better customer service. I was not offered any sauce by Tanya, when I was checking out, although I paid attention that she had offered it to others before me. Therefore, when I requested some, she kept saying they didn't have any of my requests and when I inquired her on what she did have, she just gave me soy sauce. Due to the fact I felt the situation was off and I really did not want soy sauce, I began to observe her behavior with others while I was eating my food. At that moment, I realized it seemed she had a problem with me because she had given other people sauces that they requested, which confirmed soy sauce was not the only sauce she had. This situation caused me to proceed to go back to the register and request another particular sauce in front of the other customers, which I believe she only gave to me because I informed her I saw her give it to another customer. Although to some people that may not be a big situation to criticize a restaurant behind, to me it is. Not being fully treated with respect, having to enter a code to get into the bathrooms, and not having good food are all valid reasons on why I will not be returning to this...

I had first attempted to order online but, was unable due to “high volumes” of orders being placed. Second, I tried calling the location and they told me that they don’t take phone orders. At that point I just decided to go in the restaurant to order however, I am unable to wear a face covering due to my health condition which makes it difficult to breathe. The employee who began taking my order asked for me to wear a mask which, I rejected because of my health condition and then proceeded to ask if I could just cover my mouth with my shirt. I said I would need an alternative way to order if this was an issue. She then told me she cannot serve me. I responded that she’s violating the American Disabilities Act and still refused to provide me service! I exited the restaurant to call the manager of the location to explain the situation and he provided EXCELLENT customer service and provided a call-in/take out exception and had my order out to my vehicle immediately. His name is Ozzie. If you ever want great customer service from this location, skip the rude, uneducated staff member I first communicated with and ask for Ozzie. He was awesome!!! However, I will be filing a complaint with BBB due to the unacceptable, hostile encounter I had with the first employee. Understanding our laws about public discrimination needs to be of upmost importance if this particular employee wants to work in customer service....
