It wasn't busy at all but still took almost 10 minutes in-between visits to check on us and order. We decided to try the dirty dub tots, the description was captivating and they sounded delicious to start out with. It took longer to receive them than baking them in the oven myself at home. They had little to no toppings on them, literally a small handful altogether at best. For $13, I expected this appetizer to be as described in the menu. I should've taken the hint then but we were starving and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. It was Thursday and they had a special in boneless wings so we got a few orders of different flavors and sauces to try out; my boyfriend and I have been to bww a few times but not enough to know what every sauce or rub tastes like. Out of forty boneless wings, only 20 were worth eating. Most of them were room temperature at best, which I know that's illegal to serve hot food like that. One of the orders legitimately had more pieces of fried batter than actual chicken. We ate what we could and when we finally saw the waitress again, we let her know if our problems. As soon as we brought up the wings, she stated "they're cold aren't they?" As if she already knew that and hoped to fool us by serving them anyway. They were still hour's from closing so it's not like they were trying to rush and finish for the night. She asked if we'd like it remade but at that point, we wanted to get away from this disaster of a meal. We had her take off the chicken we couldn't eat. I should've had her take off the plain and dry tater tots but since we were hungry and she took as long as she did to check on us, we had eaten them before we could. The waitress was nice don't get me wrong, but the overall service and food was terrible. We started the evening talking about coming back in the future and trying different things and by the time we left, we contemplated if we would ever come back again. In a day where it's a treat to go out to eat, I was extremely let down and felt like I wasted $36; I could've had a better meal and more pleasureable time at a fast food joint and thays sad. I haven't had a good word to say about this establishment to my friends and family. Benefit of the doubt went out the window the more let down I saw throughout the night and I'm not a picky person by any means, I used to work in the food service industry myself. Some people want to work and earn their pay while others wish to do the absolute least and be compensated well for it, the latter seems to be the case with the Buffalo Wild Wings Staff of Thursday night. Disappointing š My advice it to go somewhere worth spending that will actually provide the service and food...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt takes hard work to be this bad.
Our waitress was drowning. Unfortunately for her, none of her team mates were willing to help. I saw a lot of emplyee's standing about while the two waitress's near us were struggling. It looked like there was a major problem at the kiosk that seemed to create a major stand still.
When we asked the hostess if we could have some napkins/utensils, she replied... "Oh sweetie, I'm just the hostess."
While they were quick to get drinks in front of us... the entire staff were blinded to the emptiness of them as the afternoon went on (we ended up having to ask for 1 refill). The first three plates of bone-less chicken was cold and difficult to cut with a fork. Speaking of that fork... it took 10 minutes to get after our food was put on the table... remember... only the server can bring that to you.
Our last dish of bone in chicken... 4th kid got to watch the other 3 eat their food... pretty sure they forgot his... at least was hot.
My 4 teens cleaned up the table and went outside. The place cleared out mostly.... except for all of the annoying 49rs fans. I waited 15 minutes. I think my server completely had given up on our table. We were right in the middle of the restraunt, not sure how easily so many employees ignored my obvious wallet and credit card I was sitting with.
I walked passed two sets of employees hanging about in the hall chit chatting, hanging out. Asked a Manager if someone could, "just take my money so I could leave."
At 41, this was the 3rd time in my entire life I didn't leave a tip when eating out. In hind sight... I wish I would have just walked out and stiffed you guys on the bill. I've never in my life done considered this, but it would have been deserved.
Why even mention at the time that I was there for my 15 year...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never witnessed a more colossal breakdown of customer service than I did here last week. To set the scene: the restaurant was not busy and was well staffed. I arrived to pick up a DoorDash delivery that was expected to be ready at 10:22. It was 1 ITEM (a Buffalo chicken sandwich.) The hostess up front was a young girl who did not look up or speak to any of the customers coming or going. Entirely unfriendly and disengaged. When I spoke to her she told me it would be ready soon so I sat and waitedā¦. For 35 freaking minutes. While waiting another customer came in to pick up her own order. She asked the hostess why no one had answered the phone so many times when she called to order since they didnāt seem busy and the girl literally told her āThatās not my jobā and walked away back to the kitchen. The kitchen door is visible with a window and the customer then witnessed a member of the kitchen staff with no gloves on eating some of the food he was preparing and asked an employee why he was doing that. The gentleman hears her and came out of the kitchen to tell her it wasnāt a big deal before walking away š³ She asked to speak to the manager who remained calm but was very dismissive about what was happening. She basically told her Iāll let them know not to do thatā¦. From start to finish it was baffling, and I was honestly grateful I was picking up food I wasnāt expected to eat. I hope the other customer leaves a review as well because that was the worst dining service...
