Jackson Creek Pizza Company — Restaurant in Medford

So I've been here twice. The first time I got a French dip and it's was pretty good. Today I went in knowing what kind of sandwich I wanted, but didn't know if it was on the menu. So I talked to the guy and he made it easy to make my order. I just wanted a basic 6" grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo. So I got to my favorite lunch spot and took the sandwich out of the bag. It seemed very big, so worth the cost. Opened the sandwich and was disappointed. The chicken was in small shaved strip things that were dried out. The tomatoes were great and they put two kinds of onions on the sandwich and the lettuce was great. Unfortunately, there was hardly any mayo and the bread was toasted pretty dry. If the bread want all toasted and there was more mayo and chicken wasn't like jerky, it would be a great sandwich. I'll give them another try on this sandwich soon and see how they do and...

My husband and i went here to try it out for the first time. We both ordered 2 calzones. We then waited for 20 minutes for our food and when it finally came they had made 2 pizzas instead ( not a big deal just needed it fixed). We proceeded to tell the employee that we had ordered calzones instead and he replied with an attitude basically telling us we were wrong. Then he went back to the cash register and brought us the order that was written down saying that we had not said anything about calzones. He continued to have a major attitude about the whole thing not apologizing for the mistake and just told us it would be a while before we actually got our correct order. The whole point of this review is not about them getting the order wrong, but about the attitude we received after the fact. Best tasting pizza in Medford, imo! They also deliver with their own drivers resulting in saving me the hastle of dealing with door dash delivering my order to the wrong house over and over again with no compensation for their mistakes. Never again! The employees are great! Very cool and friendly... every one of them! Kinda small venue for dining in but I order delivery or to go, usually. They have never messed up my order...ever! I've ordered many times. That is saying a lot in my book since I constantly deal with mistakes from almost everywhere else. I appreciate these guys so much! Thank you Jackson Creek Pizza for being SO AWESOME! Delta waters is the only location I've ordered from. Hopefully the other locations are just as awesome. I've tried most of the pizzas, several subs and salads....
