My mom spends anywhere from 50-150$ a month in here. She is 66, and disabled so I help her. She has paranoid schizophrenia and I have severe anxiety. They do not give you any space. They stand right there, the whole time you are looking around and grabbing and buying items. If there is multiple people, they dont choose the people who look more in need, they choose the most "suspicious." Today they said "if you need help let me know." I mentioned that we do not need help. We had 2/3 items already. She stood next to us and stared. We went to the next aisle and she did also, followed us and stood there and presented to do something. Once we grabbed it, and walked up, she stopped and walked up. My mom kept saying "come on" because she felt uncomfortable, but I was just making sure she was getting the best deal. So I hurried out. I've talked with a friend who's in her 40s and owns her own business that use to shop there, but felt uncomfortable with them and they are rude. I've also talked with other people walking out, and they dont like it either. One laughed and said "They really aren't subtle are they?" I mentioned how we come in here monthly, they know us and have her info. But she hates coming in because they make her highly uncomfortable. And same here. I hope they truly think how that makes...

I went in with a sensitive topic. Becky (the manager) over heard what I was looking for, approached me with a big smile. Coincidently, she has taken the same type of products I was looking for. She began to give me the best advice not only about certain products, but about life and marriage. I know typically you don't want that when shopping but she was soooo genuine, and open and made me feel so comfortable about myself. There's a level of trust that forms when you can relate to someone. And when a "sales professional" approaches you and starts openly telling you stories about personal topics to relate to yours it reminds you those "sales professionals" are human to! They aren't there to upsell you or sell you stuff that doesn't work for you. I can't sincerely thank her enough. She made me a forever customer. And Becky, if your reading this...
