Many times when I post a review, the owner of the business will make a comment in regards to whatever it is I had to say. So tonight, I went down and picked up a pizza that I had ordered online. Something was going on that I had never seen happen here before. The place was overrun with delivery drivers trying to pick up their orders for customers who had placed them from their homes. And there was wave after wave of walk in traffic. I observed the employees spinning their wheels, not being able to figure out what to do as they were overwhelmed, and they just kind of stood there spinning. The next thing I know, this young lady rolls in and takes charge of the situation. Her performance was absolutely, spectacular. She was dressed in her regular street clothes. She had quite a few piercings. She was also very young. She was tall, slender, and she was cute. Nothing hinted at anything extraordinary lying within this young woman. She put on her smock, washed her hands, and went to work. As I watched her go to work, I was amazed that one so young could rally the troops to her cause so quickly. The way she spoke to her crew and the customers was a clinical demonstration of professional leadership qualities usually found only in a seasoned veteran. She turned an abandon ship situation into a smashing success. All I can say after watching her go to work, is that "I wonder if she is being paid what she's worth"? I have 30 years of leadership experience at different businesses, in the area. Some are large Fortune 500 companies. Others smaller. Let me use an analogy to describe her qualities. If I were the head coach of an NFL team, and it was draft day for an expansion team just starting out in the NFL, She would be my first pick overall. A number one, without question. I hope the right person sees this and rewards her in a way that she deserves. If not, when she's looking to move up and on. I'd like to talk to her...
Read moreI’m sure it sounds cliche but if I could give 0 stars, I would. My dad and I ordered online and went to pick up orders for our family. We had 3 separate orders. 2 were ready when we got there but one wasn’t ready yet. We wait about 15 mins before we asked about the order and were told it was being packed up. Several people came in, ordered at the counter, and got their orders while we still were waiting. About 35 mins went by and we asked again and were told it would be a couple of mins. More people came in, ordered at counter, and got their food. We finally told them we just wanted a refund on that order so we could leave. The cashier was very condescending and rude. As we got part way home, I checked the receipt and realized that he had refunded the wrong order (still one of ours but it’s the principle at this point). So we went back and I told him he had refunded the wrong order. He argued with me, stating it was the right order, I showed him the confirmation for the right order, he takes my phone to look at it and then lays it next to the other side of the register away from me. He prints the receipt for the right order, puts its side by side with the wrong one and rudely says “they’re the same order”. I looked him in the eye and point out the completely different names on the receipts and told him “you refunded this wrong one and I want this right one refunded”. He just looks at it and goes “ok” and refunds the right one, and tells me to have a nice day. I wait and second and then say “and my phone”. He had kept it next to him out of sight the whole time. I’ve had other separate issues with this location before but this was the last straw. We will not be...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE!! Terrible service. Long wait . Over charged. Cold crazy bread. Couldn't order online because we needed to substitute one of the topping on the pizza, so we tried to call and the line is busy. If on the off chance you get through it rings for a while and goes to a fax machine. So we just went in. That was a mistake. I explained to the EXTREMELY incompetent cashier the issue with the phones and she refused to believe the issue was on their end so I dropped it. She rang up my order and said it would be a 20 minute wait. It was longer. I was looking at my receipt and noticed she charged me for an extra topping. After watching her do her job at a sub par level leaving several customers frustrated my name was called to get my pizza and in hopes of avoiding the first girl I asked the woman that brought the pizza out why I was charged $1.75 for an extra topping when I only replaced one for another. There was nothing extra on the pizza. The first girl inserted herself and said "that's just how the computer rings it up. There isn't really a way to not charge extra in the computer." I guess she just wanted me to accept that answer and walk away because it would be more money in her pocket at the end of the night so I asked if there was a way I could get that money back since it wasn't owed and they had to get a manager. The gentleman came over and didn't listen to my complaints. He basically threw the $1.75 in my face and walked away. Needless to say I will not be returning to little Caesars and I discourage anyone else from going there. At the least going to the Medford center location. They need a serious...
