Incredible! I was in town buying a car, when we're leaving I was looking for a place to eat. I searched for Mediterranean or Middle Eastern restaurants, and this came up. I'm glad it did! I am French/Lebanese (I say that because, I've had homemade of these dishes homemade so I know what to expect and what is good quality!) I ordered the spicy Kafta and lady fingers. The Kafta - wowww! It was juicy, tender, grilled and had an excellent charred taste and it was spiced so well. The cinnamon is immediately noticeable but not overwhelming, the amount of spiciness was absolutely perfect. This is honestly and absolutely the best Kafta I have ever had; homemade of restaurant, the BEST! I am returning today from Columbus, I have to pick up my new car and I am really looking forward to stopping in, the food is sooo good, really just very good quality. This is the second time I’ve encountered issues with this location, and I’ve had similar problems in the past with the Strongsville location. Tonight, I ordered a Flavor Savor and a small falafel. When I got home, I realized the chicken, which is included in the Flavor Savor, was missing. This is unacceptable.

I had to call the restaurant to address the issue, only to be told they would compensate me for the chicken alone. This response fails to address the bigger issue: my meal was not prepared correctly, nor was it what I paid for. Proper customer service would have been to remake the meal and ensure it was done right, not just offer me a piece of chicken after the fact.

Management at this location clearly needs a refresher on customer service and operational oversight to prevent these mistakes from continuing. Failing to take responsibility for ruining a customer’s meal reflects poorly on the establishment. I expected better, and this experience was...

The first time we ordered takeout it was excellent, so we ordered again. This time, was a disappointment. So unfortunately, we won't be back to this location for a while.

The pesto hummus was still good, the grape leaves were still tasty. The tabouli was the issue. Although the flavor initially was ok, as we got to the bottom, you could literally taste grit and sand, not pepper & salt. It was clear that some of the parsley wasn't rinsed well at all, which ruined the dish. It ruined our experience as well. I'm not sure if the food quality was diminished because we ordered right after they opened for the day or what the issue was.

I will say the customer service at this location is AMAZING! They are so polite when you are there in person. It's quite refreshing! That alone makes me want to consider giving them a try in the future.

TLDR - Don't order take-out as soon as they open. The food quality won't be as good as...
