Horrible customer service. Not coming back.

We love Casey's pizza and have been ordering from them for years from different locations. When they make a pizza the right way, you can't beat it.

We were excited when this location changed over to Caseys. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the quality and service that we received after frequent visits and will not be coming back.

They messed up a few orders several months ago which was frustrating I never called to complain about.

Several weeks ago, however, we decided to order two pizzas instead of hitting the McDonald's drive through. I did a quick check before I left and the cheese pizza I ordered was overdone, but at a quick glance did seem acceptable at first. I didn't have time to address it anyway as I had starving kids in the car.

When we got home, however, the kids complained and we noticed that not only was the cheese overdone, but the crust was too and it tasted burned. Of course they didn't want to eat it and I had to come up with something else.

Our second pizza as well was not very good. After ordering the same thing for years you know what it should taste like and something was off. Not at all what we have come to expect from Caseys.

We called the location and complained which the person questioned a little but seemed willing to provide us a replacement on the next visit. A few minutes after I hung up the call, however, they had the nerve to call back and tell me that I looked at the pizza and accepted it and should have had them make it again if there was an issue.

I was shocked, I had never had a restaurant do this. It was nothing short of rude and quite possibly the worst customer service that I have ever received.

First time feeling I need to review a gas station. We moved to the neighborhood in the middle of the summer and I was pleased to see a Casey’s in such a convenient location. I’ve used other Casey’s in the past and loved them. This location is comically bad. Like I said we’ve been here for over 3 months and never have I had the opportunity to wash my car. I was told it was repaired then broke again. Drove by last week in another vehicle and was excited to see the car wash open. Got gas today and the car wash is closed again.

On multiple occasions, their card readers at the pumps were out of order. And even one evening they were completely out of gas. Staff member was frantically rushing around and explaining the issue to customers. I have literally never heard of that in my life.

Went inside once to order pizza and the staff member took nearly 5 minutes to acknowledge I was standing at the counter.

Gas station staff have been pleasant though. But overall as a whole, this gas station has let me down more times than I would have ever expected. C’mon Casey’s, step up your game, I want...

I love Casey's pizza and drove a little extra to get to a Casey's for the comfort food of it. I got there at the half hour mark when I was quoted the pizza would be ready. It wasn't, and the lady making it kept saying "I hope this person likes it because I've never made a taco pizza...what's on it?" That was just the start. There were two 10-11 year old girls running around the store with no supervision, and seemingly knowing a worker? So kept talking to the workers and taking food to eat. I went to grab a drink from the cooler and a good majority of it was empty. Back to the pizza, when it came out, the guy working threw a ton of lettuce on it, cut a quarter of a tomato in the slicer which still had green peppers in it. The tomato just fell onto the counter and he picked it up and tossed it on my pizza. No taco sauce, poor service, place was a mess. I'll find another one...
