If you want McDonald's don't go to this franchise.
On my way home, while it was sleeting out, I stopped by this McDonald's to grab food for my family. After ordering our food, I waited at the pickup order window, only to receive 2 of our 3 happy meals. I flagged down the person working the window, and explained that I had only received 2 happy meals. While waiting for our 3rd happy meal, I verified the rest of our order. Everything looked to be there except the happy meal. I got the last one and went on my way. Not a big deal I thought.
I got home about 25 minutes later and brought the food in. That's when I noticed... They gave me a box with apple slices, fries, and a toy... No cheeseburger. I attempted to call them 6 times on their number which was found on the receipt and verified on Google with no answer. In at least 2 cases, it seemed like they picked up the phone and just hung up right away.
If this franchise store feels this is the best way to treat their customers, I think it's better to spend my money at a different Mcdonald's...

Was barely given a second to say “give us 1 moment” then the guy said “hello? Hello? You gonna order? Hello?” With an attitude too. That was not even 10 seconds of us being there. We ordered then went to the first window as advised. There was no one there. We waited and no one showed so we went to the second window and were given the biggest attitude ever. We handed the rude man our card and told him no one was at the window. He responded by saying “you have to pay” “just reverse back to the first window” he kept going on about how we have to pay while holding our card. The gentleman in the back came and said it was alright and he’ll run the card if we could give it to him. The dude holding the card acted like he didn’t have the card. But the finally gave it to the gentleman who ran our payment.

Read moreWe had a really poor experience at this McDonald's. The restaurant was dirty. The tables were all full of crumbs and there weren't any napkins in the dispenser. The ordering kiosk was broken which makes it difficult for my autistic nephew to order (one of the reasons we come to McDonald's to begin with). The food wasnt great. My burger tasted like it was dragged across a floor and the fries were cold. Both of our fries were packed upside down in the bag. Not just "fell over." Somebody put them upside down. I don't know if they were being malicious or not. Because my buddy is autistic, we take up a bit more time to order (although we try to let other customers ahead of us, so we aren't holding people up. And again, with the self order kiosk, it's not as big of a deal). We won't come back. It felt like we werent...
