This lady had no clue what she was doing. I ordered a Iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte with no customizations. Right off the bat the lady had a TERRIBLE attitude. I understand no wants to work. However, you need to have a good attitude and provide adequate customer service/support. This lady didn’t even give me the correct drink. So I paid extra for a iced vanilla latte instead of my seasonal drink. Back to the story. The lady starts making my drink and says “Oatmilk?” and I said “No, I want almond milk.”. Then she’s making my drink hot. Half way through she goes “You want it hot?” “No, I ordered an iced coffee.” After that she starts asking me personal questions which I found to be really weird and uncomfortable. For example, she asked me how old I am. It was out of the blue and not something a stranger should be asking. Following the uncomfortable questions, I asked for a lid that did not require a straw due to the fact that I got my wisdom teeth extracted. She keeps trying to start a conversation when I’m in a rush and just want my coffee. She gave me two lids for one cup. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. I want a refund or a new drink. The ONLY reason it’s 3 stars is because the manager or supervisor or whoever on duty walked up to this girl WHILE SHE WAS SERVING ME with a full can of Pepsi and asked if it was hers. She says yes and the manager lady dumps it in the sink and tells her she can’t have it in the back room (then where do the drinks go???) and the barista apologized and said she was sorry and didn’t have time to run to the back after clocking in and all the manager said was “you can’t have it you can’t have it you can’t have it” and walked off literally didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever. Read moreWent in to get my order and little miss Starbucks had a problem with my drink order??? She kept making rude comments to her coworker (this was an order of shots). Like "who would order this", "why would you order this", "she doesn't need this". Not that it is anyone's business but I make Tiramisu with them and I'm pretty sure Starbucks is happy to make a sale regardless of what it is! You could tell the coworker felt uncomfortable. I waited for over 10 minutes for my drink and there were many other people waiting for their drinks, so I chose not to say anything.
