Like other people have said, the staff are very short/brusque and the wait is long. I tried to call for takeout and the phone rang for more than two minutes before I gave up to walk over. The woman at the register was super brusque. I didn't get any kind of wait time and they didn't take my number or anything so instead I just stood there to wait. I waited close to 40 minutes for my pizza; in the meantime, everyone who came in after me for sitdown service had received their food. I ordered the Barn Yard, which seems to be a buffalo chicken pizza. I was excited to get home and eat it, opened the box, and what to my wondering eyes should appear? Tomato sauce. I absolutely cannot stand tomato sauce. This is why I get barbecue chicken pizza, because it is sauced with barbecue sauce rather than marinara. This pizza had a tiny drizzle of bbq sauce (too small to taste) on top then a slathering of pizza sauce. I tried to eat it because my stove is broken so I don't have any food otherwise, but it's just too disgusting I can't do it. I suppose I could have asked whether it was marinara or bbq, but I have never in my entire life had a bbq chicken pizza with marinara sauce so it didn't seem necessary. Really disappointing (especially considering it cost $20) and I definitely won't be coming back (there's nothing I could eat...
Read moreLike many others have said, this place could use a bit more structure. Had to wait entirely too long for a table, not because it was busy, but because the poor person hosting had to take to-go orders (process payment and everything) and bus tables. There were only two parties a head of us, but one made a long to go order, and then the host had to excuse themselves to bus tables before they could seat the other party and us. Once inside the dining room it was clear they could use more guidance on what to do. Two people were waiting tables (big restaurant for only two servers) two were bussing/hosting and one was standing at the bar staring off into space the entire time we were there (I get that they need a bartender, but why couldn’t they help the other employees? No one in the entire restaurant was drinking (mostly families) and the bartender wasn’t even helping with fountain drinks). Food was just OK, price was just OK. Really needs to work on the art of running...
Read moreVery poor customer service. I arrived as a party of one and was taken to be seated at a table. I asked could I be seated at a booth instead. The waitress said no that those are for parties of three or more people. The waitress then said she could ask her supervisor if she could seat me at a booth. The waitress then went and asked her supervisor would it be okay to seat me at a booth and upon the waitresses return she said her supervisor said no I could not be seated at a booth. I counted three open booths at that moment and there were no other parties waiting to be seated, so it didn’t seem like an unreasonable request. One would think a restaurant would attempt to provide the utmost customer service, especially when it is something as simple as a booth versus a table. I have never had a restaurant experience where I was told I couldn’t sit at a particular table, that is unless a reservation...
