Amble Inn & Western Edge Books, Artwork, Music — Local services in Medora

4 of us visited a friend SW of Medora last October and at his suggestion, visited Western Edge bookstore. I found a book by Linda Hasselstrom Gathering from the Grassland. Some years ago i read Land Circle of hers and was so glad to find this one. I started reading this 3 days ago...finished today. I enjoyed reading this journal and would recommend it to anyone interested in South Dakota history. The owners were wonderful! They gave us time to look through the store, told us interesting stories of the area. Do stop and visit the bookstore! It is well worth time...

Visited Medora in late July and stopped in for a bit to see what they had. Plenty of books, paintings, pictures among many other items to choose from. Spoke with the owners for a bit of time and could not have found two nicer people to talk with and get a bit of history on the town. So before leaving town I had to stop back in and purchase a couple things that had caught my eye the day before. I will definitely stop back in next time I’m back up to visit. Thank you, great...

Very cool bookstore. Dedicated heavily to the Western theme. Lots of variety within that theme though, more different sub topics within "Western" than I knew existed. Definitely a good place to browse and pick out a book on something that sounds...
