Loved absolutely everything about this place. The food was great and portions definitely dont leave you wanting. The plate shown is the chicken fried steak, out of frame there's also eggs that came with that. The burger we had for dinner the evening before had portions just as generous. Price is reasonable. The atmosphere is very small town and homey. Restaurant is clean and well run. But my absolute favorite part was the service. Our server for dinner the evening before was Jody and she was extra amazing. Really, really sweet lady that made the experience that much better. We saw her the next morning for breakfast and she remembered us and asked about our activities we had talked about the evening before. Our server for breakfast was also amazing. Honestly, it was just impeccable service in a charming town with portions you cant argue with. You can't really ask for more. Definitely check it out if...

The Farmhouse Café is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with awesome American food. This is a newer restaurant in town, which is evident from the pristine appearance. The décor matches the theme well, with reclaimed lumber walls and tables, complemented with other farming decorations on the walls. The menu is varied enough so that everyone should find an appealing choice: breakfast, salads, wraps, burgers, and entrees. The food quality is high, such as crispy French fries that are also tender on the inside. Even the kid's menu features the same superior ingredients. Kids always get applesauce, a nod towards the more health conscience patrons. The service is friendly and casual. The server came a few times to refill water, yet each trip felt thoughtful and intentional, not merely something they were supposed to do. This experience will not disappoint. Make sure to stop by on your next...

Not service animal friendly. We went here with our newer service dog. We forgot our bowls for him. We told the waitress we were ordering eggs for him. We were not told we couldn’t give it to him on plate. Other places have given us bowls with water or plates we didn’t think anything of it. A bald man cooking in the back came and yelled at us. Told us we need to follow the rules if have a service animal. He said can’t eat off the plates in a very nasty tone. Treated us like we didn’t need the service animal and he stormed off. When we went and asked for the check because we were not welcome he came storming back out. Started scolding my girlfriend as she is crying and shaking trying to collect her things. She has the service dog for panic attacks. He sent her into one. Not service animal friendly the rest of the staff was friendly. It’s a shame it...

This is a must-see! We stopped in for breakfast and were greeted by friendly staff. The modern Western look makes it stand out on the inside. But the food!! It was so good! I had the croissant french toast and a side of caramel sauce (based on waitress recommendation). These were amazing! There was a crunch to the rich custardy goodness that was a welcome addition. Add in the sweet caramel sauce and you have a winner! An absolute must-have! The bacon is properly rendered so it is crisp and not chewy. My daughter had the breakfast sandwich--you can choose your breakfast meat and the type of egg (she had bacon and scrambled eggs)--with a croissant roll. We also had a caramel roll and donut to split. The meal was filling and relatively inexpensive. TL/DR: Come for the decor, stay for the croissant french toast!

Pretty good little place to eat. I had the mushroom swiss burger and it was well made and tasted good. The mushrooms were sautéed in a reduction sauce with a nice flavor. The side salad was your basic fancy lettuce, tomato and cheese that didn't disappoint. Everyone was happy with their meals. Service was fast and friendly. With three tables occupied we didn't really have much wait to get our food amd it was plenty hot on delivery. The only bad part of our experience was the 3 flies that apparently loved us. To be fair there were plenty of flies outside harassing us as well.

We stopped here early on a Sunday for breakfast on the way out of town. It was already pretty busy but we were seated pretty quickly and our food was very fast at coming out. I could see this place filling up fast so my recommendation would be to go early or be prepared for a wait. The food was very good as well. I would say a “wait here to be seated” sign would help clear up any confusion as to whether you wait at the hostess stand or enter the restaurant when there’s no one tending the hostess stand.
