No Bueno! To say the least. Me and my wife went here for our 10th anniversary. When ordering me and my wife practiced our Spanish skills by ordering in Spanish! But when the worker said he doesn't speak Spanish I though it was a joke and kept ordering. After he had prepped half my bowl he had started to get a tude and I decided to call for the gerente (manager in Spanish). Couldn't even finish what I was saying before I had a face full of chicken rice and queso. I was livid and almost jumped over that counter but didn't want to ruin our anniversary date. I was happy to know that both our bowls were free of charge but didn't amount for my ruined tye dye shirt. After the fact we received our lackluster bowls and dont get me started on the chips it tasted like eating the eucharist. And after the meal i took a trip to the baño and was surprised to see a man named bill writing his initials on the wall with his own feces, but he promptly cleaned it up after i scolded him! The ridiculous part is I wasted time driving to try again just to be told by the manager there not taking in-store orders ??? This was around 8pm 2 hours before closing. It’s most likely a company policy where they force you to order online so you can take there old food home. Instead of shutting down online which is the logical thing to do, they tell walk ins to get online (laughable). I would STAY AWAY from this Chipotle all and all it’s gone way downhill over the years 0/10 now 👎🏻. Go to Supreme Pizza right across them if you want freshly grilled chicken kebob with rice and fries...
Read moreI go to Chipotle for the quick convenience of a cheap meal. I used my Doordash app today to order. I got an email at 12:15pm saying my order was ready for pickup. Showed up at 12:45pm, and was told by the employee helping me that "I don't see your receipt in our system" OR "someone else must have taken your order"- Showed her every receipt possible, and still she wanted to stand her ground. Mind you this is while people are just going to the doordash window, and grabbing stuff without having to show any form of proof they ordered anything. Why was I singled out? By the way, this is a location where I am at 3x a week, and have never talked back to them once, or ever been rude. Will never go back to this store again, customer service...
