Supreme Pizza — Restaurant in Medway

I've been to this Supreme Pizza many times and never had a problem. One night I ordered a steak sub with no cheese - however, when I got it, there was cheese in it. That was no big deal. I understand accident happen. However, when I went to the counter to get it replaced, the young girl at the register informed the man who was working at the grill. The man started flipping out at the girl saying things like, "Maybe if you took the order right, I wouldn't me wasting my time!" The girl calmly replied that she rang it up correctly and showed him the receipt. He didn't even apologize, rather the started screaming at one of the other cooks.

Later I called to complain about the incident. The same girl who took my order when I was there informed me that the man was named John and was the stores owner!

The food was good and everyone else was nice, however this guy John is a very disgusting and nasty man! I will not be giving him another...

awful, awful, awful. i usually always loved supreme and the service was wonderful. a few weeks back i received my chicken fingers and fries and i got extremely sick. i was throwing up that evening for an hour or two. the food seemed to be raw because the cooks did not take their time and it was uncooked. i was very displeased and upset. it looked pink at the bottom when i saw the remnants.. not satisfied with this place anymore and i will not order anymore because i always gave good service to this place. it seems to be just the food besides the pizza. the pizza is pretty much satisfactory but i am nervous to eat whenever we get pizza from you guys and i have heard from others that you guys give food poisoning. i am not pleased. never thought i would get sick...
