Walgreens — Local services in Medway

Do not use Walgreens for printing photos from a disposable camera! I dropped off 4 disposable cameras from my wedding. I was told they would be available for pick up in 1-2 months and I would receive an email and phone call when they were ready. I never received a phone call or email. I called 2 months after I dropped them off and I was told they are still “processing”. After many phone calls to Walgreens I was told apparently they actually threw out my pictures 7 days after I dropped them off or they lost them? I can’t get a straight answer from them. The manager Joel offered me a $25 Walgreens gift card, which doesn't even cover the cost of the cameras. After many phone calls to corporate, they offered a slightly higher gift card, this still doesn’t make up for losing all the photos from my wedding. I am not please with any of the service...

My Wife has clinical anxiety and was very nervous about getting her COVID vaccine. As with most people who suffer with clinical anxiety do she worked herself into a very bad place thinking she would pass out after getting the vaccine. The pharmacist working that day was a saint! She talked to my wife letting her know nothing was wrong, had us walk around the store for a bit to help calm down, got her juice! She went above and beyond to make my Wife feel comfortable, and safe which was definitely no easy task! They are awesome and deserve more...

I went to Medway walgreens because milford was out of my prescription. Brian was so helpful, personable and went above and beyond my expectations!! He called milford and he’ll get the prescription transferred., Milford couldn’t do it and he helped them make it happen!!

Brian is exceptional, focused on customer satisfaction and very professional. He made my experience best in class!!

We need more Brian’s in this world!!
