Fairly new ice cream place located on Wickham road. The shakes were amazing, especially the strawberry shortcake Extreme Shake which came with a piece of pound cake drizzled in strawberry sauce, a pastry filled with cream. Not to mention the shake was full of flavors with chunks of strawberries and pound cake mixed into the shake which gave it that thickness and yet smooth taste throughout. The plain vanilla milkshake did the same thing, felt thick but went down smooth with lots of vanilla flavor. They had a lot of flavor varieties, definitely was in a mood based on the Carmel and elephant ear ice cream that I tried. However the one that caught my eye was called "Garbage Can" which is described as vanilla ice cream mixed with chunks from 7 brand name candy bars. 321 Ice Cream is incredible. We had a 4 day event serving their ice cream to over 1400 of our employees. They came with an awesome case, that gave the atmosphere of being in an ice cream shop. The ice cream was great, and they offered sugar free and dairy free options so everyone could participate.

The staff serving the event was professional, yet fun. They were all in uniform, including huge smiles, and they kept the area spotless. They interacted with our staff, and the POSITIVE feedback we received from our employees was fantastic. Will DEFINITELY recommend them and use them again when we have another...
