Eggs Up Grill — Restaurant in Satellite Beach

My husband and I came for breakfast. He had an omlete with green chilis on it, and said it was outstanding!! I had country fried steak, eggs, and homefries. The home fries were phenomenal. I had bacon and cheese added to them. The eggs were good as well. However, the country fried steak was awful. It was a frozen steak. I took 2 bites and couldn't eat any more of it. That's the only complaint I have. I was hoping it would have been a real piece of cube steak batter and fried. I highly recommend you not order the country fried steak. Unless you enjoy the taste of cardboard. I will say that the staff is extremely friendly. The restaurant runs like a well oiled machine. There was no wait for a table, or drinks. They are very attentive. The food came out quickly too. They were pretty busy as well. Everything came out that was ordered. No mistakes. The inside is adorable. Overall it was a good place, and we will eat there again. I just won't order the country fried steak unless they start making them fresh and not from a frozen patty. Our first time here and we couldn’t shut up about how awesome everything was! We were greeted at the door with a smile, the atmosphere is bright and beautiful, probably the cleanest breakfast place I have ever seen! Love the decor ;) It was an absolute pleasure to have Rob as our server. He was very attentive and made us feel welcome (even with our ranting over the best eggs we’ve ever had repeatedly) — to the point where we kept adding side orders of eggs. From the pancakes to the corned beef hash, sourdough toast and omg those cheddar grits! Even the iced coffees… delish. We are breakfast foodies and we have finally found our place!! The kitchen was on their game, and it showed. Food came out so fast, even with a somewhat busy dining room with a large party. Excellent all around. We will be back!! Also, get the DONUTS! So worth it. This place is honestly a breath of fresh air.

Polite and friendly staff! Cute farm house decore and definitely dinner atmosphere. They even have a dine in counter top service. It's wide open so there echo.

Coffee - perfect. Not too weak and not too strong. Nice creamer options.

Shrimp n Grits - 7/10 Eggs cooked perfectly Toast - nice seasoning, but only toasted on 1 side. Grits - dense and tastey Shrimp - small, but also great texture Onions, peppers and sausage - plenty Hollandaise sauce - ???? On shrimp n grits? The Hollandaise sauce and one sided toast lowered the rating for this dish. The flavors and textures were good.
