Burlington is a hidden gem on Wickham Road where you will find lots of great bargains. I've been shopping here since it opened last year on a regular basis. The store is clean, tidy and well stocked. The staff and management team work very hard to please and provide excellent customer service, despite this areas demanding customer base and biased opinions. No shortage on new items every week as new shipments arrive weekly and the markdowns are fabulous! They have a little of EVERYTHING and merchandise sells quickly. I've had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with the management team, they are the most down to earth and helpful individuals. You can see the staff works hard to keep the merchandise organized, in the proper racks and the store is very clean. Shopped at this new store twice and although the selection seems good, trying to return something turned into a nightmare! I had a receipt, the card I used for the purchase and they had my phone number in their system but it took 30 minutes and they still couldn’t get it right!! Multiple clerks were having trouble not only with my return but other return transactions while I was waiting. The manager finally came up, took my receipt, somehow lost it and then insisted he never touched the receipt, all of this over $7.99. (A clerk found my receipt behind the counter where the manager had put it!! ) I will not shop at this store again and if you dare, don’t recommend you try and return anything.
