Five Below — Local services in Satellite Beach

Avoid this particular store at all cost. The customer service in Viera is 1000X better. I came in looking for an item that showed on there web site that it was in. I asked the 2 associates in the front where I could find it. The one young lady was very nice, however the so called manager was the nastiest person ever. When I couldn't find the item, I asked why it's on the website, showing that it's available. The manger,( who dresses like she going to a punk concert instead of managing a store), tells me they have no control over that and if I ordered it online it would tell me they were out of stock. She refused to check her computer if they had any. I looked again and this time went through the process of trying to order online. The website never said they were out of stock. I asked the manger again. Now she got angry. I asked if she could check with other 5 Below's in my area if they had stock. No, we don't do that. Told me I could talk to corporate and then ordered me out of "her" store. I thought she was joking, but then she threatened to call the police. I asked her for her name, she refused. I asked for the store number, she refused. As she started to make a call, I left. I will NEVER shop in this 5 Below again until this manager is fired. I will report her...

New Review: on 2/21/24 me and my friend came in at 7:30 to get some candy and other things and we started checking out at 8:05 and my friend forgot her card so she runs out to get it. when shes coming back she sees the lady locking the door and then laughing at her and walking away. We ended up sliding the card thru the door and i checked out, with the other girl loudly saying “yeah but theres still people checking out past 8, i would set the alarm on them if i could.” we left at 8:10

Great store, tons of product. Possibly a one stop shop for all Christmas gifts next year. The associates are about their present job and nothing else. To get assistance is difficult and nobody was near the registers when I checked out and being my first time in I waited to be checked out and then got a comment from an annoyed associate “finally” rudely telling me I needed to use a self check out. I will check out the store again however I will check out...
