Cleanliness: Very clean counters, tables, patio and store. 5/5 Satisfaction: Awesome family from what I have experienced and they make everything fresh and well. I was blown away by the taste of the avocado toast. 5/5 Quality: Amazing Coffee! A lot of mainstream coffee places burn their brews and get away with it because they are mainstream. Brewed almost to the second causing the perfect amount of taste to any of their coffees 5/5 Staff: The woman who served us was very helpful and explained to us the difference between pour over and drip coffee! She was also very friendly 5/5 Time: For not taking things out of a freezer and microwaving it, they made our products very quickly and very well. I was astonished at how fast they made our food and drinks perfectly. 5/5 Overall: Anaya coffee, you're doing something right! I will be coming back a lot because of the great products you guys serve! Thank you for making a coffee guru happy with not burning the brews and giving us great customer service! 5⭐...
Read moreI love Anaya. It’s a small (4 exterior and 3 interior tables) family run coffee shop. The patio out back is covered and a great place to have a cup of coffee. They always have a small selection of pastries which have always been delicious (I’ve tried a lot of them) and rotate. Today I had a peppermint cream bar, which was tasty. They even had a vegan brownie in the case this morning. They also have a couple options for breakfast which change daily I think. The coffee itself is delicious. My one gripe with the place is that I always order a cappuccino but what I almost always end up getting is a latte. There’s just not enough foam. When Billy (I think? 🤨) was there he made a perfect cappuccino but I haven’t seen him there in a long time, so I’m assuming he’s no longer there. But other than that, I love this place and will continue to go. Oh, and they also recently started doing a story time on Monday mornings! The Verdi Nature school is who does it, I believe. Awesome...
Read moreSo I've been here twice now with my husband. As much as we want to like it (nice feel, in the arts district, has all the makings of a good spot) im sorry to say the coffee itself, as well as the matcha just. Ugh they're not good! I thought it was just me, but after discussing with my hubs and some friends of ours, we all came to the conclusion that its just unfortunate the coffee sucks. I thought it was just a one time thing, but the americano was too small and burnt tasting (it says 12oz on the menu and it came in an 8oz cup...l) the latte was watery, the matcha wasn't fully stirred (i mean like, it wasn't to the level of other places, copy it is grainy at the bottom usually but this was like. More.) Its just. Ugh so unfortunate. 2 stars for...
