I LOVE CFA, however, today was not great. I ordered my curbside delivery order while I was in the parking space, then immediately filled out the "I'm here" and what space number I was in. That was at 11:25am. At 11:50am, I called the restaurant to see if my order had got lost. I was put on hold (for quite some time) I was told, "maybe they gave it to a different car". As I was on the phone, they delivered the food (at 11:57am) to the car next to me, that pulled in 10 minutes after me, then brought my order to me. I asked if they wait until there is more than one order to bring out to which I was told, "We're not supposed to. I work in the back and it was sitting there, so I brought it out". (What an amazing person she was - thank you so much).
Fries - Ice cold and soggy from them being placed in the bag hot and sealed up, so they were "sweating". Watered down drink, yuck. But that SANDWICH THOUGH.... the sandwich was PERFECT as usual!!!!! Of course I'll give CFA another shot ... I eat there at least once a week, but today was not there...

Finally asked about my order after waiting a while a receiving the notification that my order was ready and would be brought out. The employee bringing meals to the cars along with manager said the meal had already been picked up and that I placed a mobile pick up order. I explained to them no I did not- everything including my receipt in the app along with notifications clearly state this is curbside. Instead of owning up to some sort of mix-up or mistake or anything they continued to blame me for my meal taking 30 minutes to finally receive. The food was still great but I hate that they continued to make me feel like this was all my fault when I CLEARLY placed a curbside order. They just said well yeah your meal was ready a while ago but it was a carry out and someone else picked it up. Read moreThis CFA is not equipped to do mobile orders and take orders for customers who are physically in the space. When I arrived a number of people had been waiting for some time and mobile after mobile order was called. You could tell that people where impatient and had been waiting for a while. The staff continued to take numerous in person orders while not calling out any of the orders for the customers who were physically there. After waiting close to 30 mins, I finally asked for a refund when I realized there was no way I was going to get my order and return to work on time. Due to the size of this location, they should only choose to do in person or mobile orders. They cannot...
