Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

All the horrible reviews here are pretty accurate. Just ordered online last night... got a medium 2 topping (pepperoni and ham w/ extra cheese) and a fettuccine alfredo pasta. I ordered this at night not long before they closed. When it got to me there was basically NO cheese on the pizza, some here and there but could could see the sauce and inside of the pizza and had a mouthful of sauce on top of that and the ham was not cooked and was just thrown on there! The pasta was bearable but the meal sent me to the restroom (tmi). It was gross. I was going to call as soon as I saw the pizza but according to online they were closed so I didnt bother until today when I had time! I called and a lady told me she would have her night manager call me back after i went through everything with her-3hrs later...no call back. I called again and spoke with the Hailey who then says "technically" she cant do anything because their guarantee is only for an hour after delivery-I had to keep repeating myself on how online said they were closed and I COULD NOT CALL and called when I had time today. I had to repeat myself more than 3x! Then comes back and claims the only thing she can do is get a gift certificate sent to me by mail which I may not receive until beginning of next year, lol what a joke. Customer service is really dead. Update Received my gift certificate for my DELIVERY order gone wrong, tried to redeem it &the 1st guy said I could, went through the whole order with him just to be told, the manager said I could not use it for delivery. NO WHERE on the certificate says carry out only or not for delivery- I even said if it's an issue I'll order a side item for delivery so I can redeem the certificate too but still was told no. I asked for the manager multiple times and could hear her in the background but she REFUSED to come to the phone. Smh! I have nothing nice to say to...

Wish I could give negative stars on this one! Upon receiving my order there was no tomato sauce whatsoever on my pizza. As anyone else wouldn't know of this error until after beginning to eat their meal. Due to the fact any missing ingredients especially if said ingredient was hidden by melted cheese wouldn't be identifiable until after you began eating your meal. As I have ordered frequent and numerous times from Store #5061 with no problems whatsoever, I was under the understanding that if I did have any issues they would be quick to resolve any without hassle or delay. I called the store and spoke with a female employee which I don't recall her name however I had to repeat myself on numerous occasions throughout our conversation as to what my issue was. Upon putting me on hold 3 times to speak with a supervisor the employee stated they had no problem replacing the pizza only if it was whole meaning nothing missing from it. So as any common sense person would think if I was calling about no sauce being on my pizza how would you expect me to know there's no sauce on the pizza until I had began eating it! So as a result I'm left with a pizza in which Domino's screw up my order but the only way they would rectify the problem is if I hadn't discovered it at all! Totally appalled and will be cross reviewing on any and all review sites for this location. I will not be ordering from Domino's any longer! A great place to get a pizza near US 192 Domino's Pizza is one of the first places that I think of when I think of pizza. It has been a household name in the pizza industry for years. It began its journey in 1960 in Ypsilanti, Michigan when brothers Tom and James Monaghan purchased DomiNick's, a small pizza store. Since then, this franchise has grown into a global pizza empire, renowned for its fast delivery and innovative menu offerings. Today, they boast over 6,898 locations across the United States with 489 being in Florida. This looks like one of their newer locations. There is limited parking in front of the store. There is a small lobby where you can watch pizzas being made on one side and order, pick up, or pay on the other side. We called ahead and ordered by phone. I would recommend this so that your pizza is ready when you arrive. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. We ordered both cheese and pepperoni pizzas. Their signature hand-tossed crust was reliably satisfying and offered a balance of chewiness and crispiness. The price was very reasonable and it was ready on time. They were a little busy but I would expect that as this is a good meal at a good price.
