This is the 3rd time that I had issues with this location. The food is great, the location not bad, employees friendly but completely not willing to correct any mistakes from their end. Not trained properly and the manager also doesn't think costumer satisfaction is important. First time I ordered on line paid and there was issue with delivery. Was told to go and pick up at location. It showed on Google as open. Arrived at location to find it closed. Called the creditcard company and cancelled the order. When I brought that to the manager of the store she bluntly said sorry without any kind off real apologetic actions. Discount on the order, free dam cookie or sympathy towards the issue and time spend on this order. Second time ordered in store and wasn't offered to input my number for the club and perks count. The tird time the same happened and before leaving the store I told them about it and they were again just like sorry we can't do anything about it. Read more[Initially was 1 star] It has been over an hour for a single sandwich that I ordered for delivery and I'm only working 3 minutes away from the location. Usually it is only a quick 15 minutes or so. For some reason this was taking over an hour to get to me. I finally had to cancel my order because it was getting close to time for me to leave work and I didn't want to wait around at work even longer for food that said it was already delivered. The time is currently 8:34 and I placed the order at 7:27. I hope that they're able to refund the order after it says it was already delivered. Pretty disappointing, I wish I would have ordered from somewhere else...
[Updated] So I was able to speak with the GM today and he took ownership of the situation which was appreciated. He did confirm that the night supervisor didn't void/cancel the order and had to go through some extra work to get it taken care of for me. In the end, he was able to take care of it and offered me a free sandwich next time I came in. He seemed like a pretty decent...

When I got my sandwich, it had tomatoes on it, which I don't like and hadn't seen in the sandwich description. I went back to the front and let them know that it was wrong. Turns out, it wasn't wrong - lettuce, tomato, and mayo come on every sandwich. I later realized that the lady at the front desk had asked if I was OK with lettuce, tomato, and mayo on my sandwich, and I totally missed what she had said. You know those moments when you go on autopilot when ordering and agree with what is said without actually registering what is said? Yeah, I had one of those moments. Long story short, the sandwich wasn't wrong, I received exactly what I had ordered! Both the lady at the register and the manager who came over were so kind, and offered to remake the sandwich at no charge, despite it being my mistake (I really really really dislike raw tomato).
