You’re kidding me right? 12 Piece Chicken Nugget combo, 40 minutes before closing went through the drive through and the lady had to get us to repeat our order 5 times before she finally understood, no biggie, those headsets aren’t made the best. However, we pay for our meal and they tried to get us to pay for it twice. We paid once, got the receipt, waited. Got our drinks, and was asked to pay again. We told them we already paid, and they do not believe us. But, the lady gets snappy with us and just tells us to pull around to the front. Alright, maybe some misunderstanding, it’s Sunday night some snappiness happens. I was perfectly fine waiting another 15-20 minutes at the front and not being able to call them (considering the doors were locked and no one could get inside, and there were multiple people looking into the windows waiting too). But getting home to literally just cut in half chicken nuggets to get to the 12 pieces is plain disrespectful. No sauce either, just cut in half dry excuses of a 12 count. Felt like I was sharing with the class. I ain’t one to care all that much about miscounts or even a whole item missing. But really? Could’ve said you didn’t have enough for a 12 count and I would’ve just gotten a sandwich or just mac n cheese...
Read moreWe pull up and waited for 5 minutes at the box before someone finally came on and the lady takes our order and then says sorry say you'll have to wait 10 minutes our machine is warming up. My husband said that's fine we can wait and processed with his order which involes mashpotatos she said we are out of mashpotatos for the bowl. So instead he orders something else with sweet tea . She said we are out of sweet tea. So he orders a different drink. She says with a lot of attitude pull up to the window. We pulled up to the window waited for 15 minuted before anyone even spoke to us a lady named Briana came to the window sounds like the same one who took our order and rolled her eyes and gave us our total we handed her our money and she gave us our change my husband said thank you and she gave him the ruddest look. We have been nothing but nice to her . About 5 minutes later we get out food we pull around check our food and notice a few items were missing so we pulled back around waited for at least 10 more minutes and then we told them we were missing some stuff and they asked up to pull up and she did give us our stuff and apologized for forgetting them and said they are hot out the oven. At least that wasn't as much as a hassle as we thought...
Read moreI visited this location on Danny Thomas a few days ago . I asked for their strawberry drink that I didn't know they no longer offered. When I reached the window, I was given a substitute (that looked watered down) that I didn't ask for. I told the employee, respectfully, that it would have been better if she had told me, initially, that they no longer carried the drink & offered me a replacement at that time. The drinks, she then suggested, contained caffeine that can't have. I asked if I could just take the drinks off. She stated that she didn't know how. I asked if she would get someone who could. The manager came to the window with an unprofessional & rude attitude. He told me he couldn't take the drinks off. I asked for an entire refund. He was mumbling under his breath how I was "getting on his nerves, & he was sick of this."😡 He told me it would take 1-2 weeks for me to get my refund, & he abruptly closed the window. I do not pray for rude behavior. 🤨 Needless to say, this will not be my location...
