Big Bill's Bar-Be-Que (Whitehaven) — Restaurant in Memphis

Please stop hiring anybody, that do not care about customer service. Yes I’ve given more than one chance first at white haven location and Kirby. First off how do you charge a certain amount for a brunch and do not have the items advertised, online and on the black board in the facility. One of the servers of which appears to be a little mature in age seemed as if she was agitated. Well Ms we don’t really know what we want now since we’ve stood in this long line , which was supposedly reservation only ( I can’t tell) to get to the front and there’s no shrimp and grits a crumb of salmon , no greenery. O and no one knows when more will be out , so let us get out the way so the line can keep moving and we’re supposed to start over at the end of the line? While know one offered to let us know when more would be out , just looking annoyed that it was asked . There is no way it should cost what it did and the main items weren’t ever on my plate. My first time there ,I tried the rib tips 👍 and I couldn't stop eating them ,so when I was ordering my food. I heard that the turkey burger was really good. I never had one before so I didn't want to play with my stomach. So, I asked a Memphis Police Officer , that was on his break ,next in line what did he recommended as he was waiting for his order. He said the turkey burger,I said It's not for me this trip maybe next time smh😉....But let me tell you today was the day ,that I tried a turkey burger and a beef hot dog with slaw ... Had a chicken sandwich, a pork sandwich and a side of mac n cheese. No other sides and no drinks and it was $21 bucks! Ridiculous. The sandwiches were good. Nice smokey flavor, buns were soft and the sauce sweet and smokey. The restaurant was clean. But everything else? The music was so loud, we couldn't hear each other talking, mac n cheese tasted like cafeteria quality and the hookah 'bar' that shared the space was loud, crowded and the smoke hung over the entire building.
