My Wife and Small Son had the unusual craving for some Burger King. I use the word āunusualā not in the negative sense, yet because weād never ate a Burger King in Memphis since we moved here a few years ago. I was on my way home from work, so I told them āsure thingā and set out to grab them some Classic Burger King sandwiches...that I myself hadnāt had in years. Pulled into the establishment in Winchester and the immediate thing I noticed is that for the time of day...there was absolutely not a sole there...as far as Customers go. My thoughts on this? Awesome. I canāt stand to wait in Drive-Through lines and I was the only person there. Fantastic. Pulled up to the Drive-Through speaker. Ordered. And pulled up to the window at what must have been the fastest Iāve gone through a Fast Food Drive in years. Rolled down my window to pay for this speedy transaction and then...this wonderful experience, thus far, began to fall apart. First, the young Lady who took my money just sat there and stared at my as she kept spontaneously laughing and yelling over her shoulder. I didnāt pay much attention to it because...well, I didnāt care. I was getting food fast and I was alone in that effort at this establishment. She the proceeded to walk away...came back a few minutes later...opened the window...and the told me to āpull forward ahead of the window to wait on my orderā. Did I mention there was not another Customer there. Not in the Drive-Through...nor within the Burger King itself. Like a robot...I didnāt say a thing. I just pulled forward. Guess itās been ingrained in this āFast Food Cultureā. While I was doing this...my head began to clear...and then to question. I looked in my rear view mirror. There was no one there. I once again looked inside...empty. After a long wait...someone finally came out and handed me a wadded up bag of cold food. Laughed. Then turned around and walked back inside. My thoughts on this? Not really sure. Still...

Got to the intercom and it was a lot of static I could barely here them which I told them. Neither spoke and the man with the wig on took my money and after scooped fries in fry container with no gloves after he touched money. And I asked for my receipt the young boy lied and said he threw it in the trash, so I asked him to get it out and give it to me. He had an attitude but I didn't care. So the guy with the wig n printed out another one. And the young boy started mumbling ish but I didn't care. Has to go back cause they left out my chicken fries. I also threw the other fries away because of the guy taking my money and scooping and touching the inside of the fry container with his hands. Just nasty and very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEdit again: From 3 stars to 1 star up 5 stars a year later. The staff is super friendly. They've been spot on the last several months. Drive through line will be long sometimes but they get you out pretty quickly. Food is hot, they get your order right. Glad they turned it around, all the way around!
Edit: Changing to just one star after being out of chicken tenders twice in a row. This time though, they let me sit in my car for 20 minutes (order placed at 1:43 went in at 2:04) and they had my refund ready for me as I walked in and said they were out of tenders..... So you was just gunn let me sit there all day??? Won't be back for awhile. They need to get some ish together.
It's okay. Staff is friendly, food is hot. I get out pretty quickly at the drive thru but going inside usually...
