Today was my first time ever going to this hair salon, and I don't know why I didn't go sooner!! Paul did an AMAZING JOB! I have thick mexican hair so I got a layers haircut and he thinned it out SO MUCH HAIR! (Like a literally soccer hair ball was on the floor) I absolutely LOVE IT!!! ❤️ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Super friendly, very clean & great service! 20 outta 10 for sure! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Worst customer service and most unprofessional hair technician i have seen in my life. I called the owner and asked him to make appointment to make sure he’ll available, when i came I realized I’ll wait for at least 20 minutes and i am okay because it was late and i was too rush when i made a appointment , but after 30 minutes he didn’t even come to me and tell how long i am going to wait, he talked and took pictures with clients, yeah, it happened, i came to him to ask him if i can come tomorrow, but he thought i was trying to say sorry him, he said “ you leave, no worries, see you later”, really, you let me wait 30 minutes without saying anything to me and when I actively came to you that what you said to me, worst customer service ever, I guess because he thought i am Vietnamese and not worth time for him to serve me, i will not come back to this hair salon even my hair will grow two...

What's wrong of getting a hair cut every year? I don't understand why the hairstylist/owner laughed in front of my face for not getting a hair cut every 2 months. I feel like he was so rude and so disrespectful to me!!! He also made jokes with his coworker about me for not getting a hair cut for a long period of time.
