Burger King — Restaurant in Memphis

At the time I pulled into drive thru, I was ONLY person in line. I placed my order. Whopper meal with small fries and small coke along with 10 piece Chicken Nuggets. Once I paid for order was told to pull forward in front of lobby door. Keep in mind, I was STILL ONLY person in drive thru. I sat there and waited nearly 15 minutes for my food. ( I was given my drink at window) I drive home which is approximately 10 minutes away. I will say the chicken nuggets were fresh and hot. I assume this was why the wait........I went to remove the burger from sack and after reaching in, burger wasn't completely wrapped and fell to floor!!! It was Cold as were the fries. The fries actually seemed old/leftover or originally overcooked. I LOVE Burger King and was soo excited when this location was built. Sadly, my visits there haven't been favorable. Anything from drive thru being closed and no note indicating must order inside to quality consistency never being same way twice.......not sure what problem is. Managment, inadequate staffing, improper training etc. Right now, not sure if I will return to this...

This location just open back up so you would think everything was fresh! Think again I bit my sandwich on lunch break about 2:30pm Jan, 31 just to bite a dry BK Stacker with steak sauce and mayo which I didn't ask for. Not to mention the dry and cold taste of the flame broil beef patty. The bread taste as tho they left it open all day. Open my sandwich and hello string of hair. Ask for the manger to explain the issues I was having and all I can say is WOW! She told the cashier just to refund me and wave me off in the back not once apologizing, didn't ask if they can remake a fresh sandwich, no comp or anything after this experience I don't see them lasting in our community to much longer and can't wait to see the doors close or new management. Stopped by here to go by the drive thru . Should have checked ratings. I only saw the one worker that took my order, but think another was there. The lady that took my order was okay, but the food was not. The fries had no salt, burger tasted weird and was only slightly warm, but the real downer was the chocolate milkshake. The milkshake wasn’t full, but I paid full price… the chocolate was not mixed in very well. If only one of these things had happened, I might think it was just a bad moment. If they can’t even fill a cup up, there is a problem. She just handed it to me like that was normal. No.. Don’t waste your time or money by stopping here!
