To Management, I want to give unlimited kudos plus A+ recognition to Brandnetta for doing an excellent job and giving above board top shelf service when it comes to taking care of customers.

Brandnetta has an amazing attitude and aptitude for serving others and it really shows. She not only addresses your concerns with a smile, but she goes above and beyond to get the job done right the first time out.

I wanted to take time out to give her proper recognition because in this day and age the level of service given by Brandnetta is few and far between to say the least. She sets the bar for excellence and takes pride in her work, serving others.

Called on a Friday to refill my meds for pick up on Saturday. Called Saturday morning and told meds were not ready but they would get them ready and they would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited and extra hour before going to the pharmacy. Once I arrived meds still were not ready. Told it would be 15 minutes. While waiting in the parking lot at the pharmacy I was informed that the med was out of stock but they would order it. Called early Monday for med and informed that it was in stock and that it would be ready at 2pm. Called at 4pm informed the med is still not ready but they could have it ready in 15 minutes . It's is now 431 and I'm sitting in my car at the pharmacy still waiting on my med. Wait times for med pick is getting terrible not to mention the waste of gas coming back and forward to...

I had in appointment with my Urologist today at the outpatient clinic downtown.He scheduled me to have some blood work done to check my prostate. I have a follow up in 4 weeks to go over my results. He was very friendly and professional. He discussed with me in detail about the importance when a man turn 45 to have their prostate exam. I am looking forward to my next visit.
