Big ups to the morning shift doctors that helped me from Saturday til up until now which is Monday 10:28 pm after she left these night shift doctors were neglecting my call for pain meds waited til my pain meds discontinued so I wouldn’t get them …I had a great care team up until today …please get more helpful nurses on night shift that works Monday thru Thursday …they are young and not concerned with people’s needs basically here to gossip and sit here all night I literally had to call 3-4 times while in pain PLEASE DO BETTER REGIONAL ONE WITH...

Arrived at 11:30 by ambulance and the nurse Emma and physician on duty were prompt. The physician gives orders of blood work and ultrasound. Blood drawn and an on-call ultrasound tech was called at 12:45 according to everyone talking about it apparently she answered her call said she was coming but never showed. After a second called she’s still not present. 5:00 I’m told another tech was called. 5 hours later and still no ultrasound.

My mother came to the Regional One Long Term Acute Care Hospital unable to breathe without the help of a ventilator, unable to stand or sit up, and unable to feed herself. With their help and excellent care she progressed to a level that surprised even her doctors.
