They shouldn't even get one star. This will be long but PLEASE READ!!! My experiences have been worse then a nightmare. Appointment wait times are terrible, staff is rude and have overheard doctors making fun of a patient as if there weren't any other patients around. OBGYN had me scheduled for surgery, told me what time to be there and that everything was good to go, I had my parents come from out of town to help with my post op recovery. Mind you they live 10+ hrs away. The day of my surgery I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half to get called back into a room to be rudely told that my referral wasn't approved for surgery, the Dr. Speaking to me had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her because I was asking questions and wanted answers that she didn't care to find out or at least direct me to someone who could assist me. I called my Insurance company to find out what was going on and was told that they not only submitted the information late to where it wouldn't have gotten approved in time but that they knew there days before my scheduled surgery that my referral wasn't approved. Time wasted, parents took off work for nothing, they tried to reschedule my surgery for months later which was not going to work for me. I was told by the so called practice manager that they would do what they could to help expedite my surgery which didn't happen. I was told maybe the 14th of March and they left it at that. Once I got approval for my Insurance on my own I tried to contact the practice manager and was ignored. I finally was fed up and called patient relations and to my surprise now I was getting phone calls. Fast forward to know I had the surgery and it's almost been two weeks and I still don't have a follow-up appointment. I've called just about every three days after my surgery and no one has called me back, I still don't have an appointment, suppose to go back to work in one more day even though my note says I need to be seen before I am able to return to work. If I wasn't afraid of having to do this process over again I would have went somewhere else, after this finally appointment if I ever get one I will NEVER and I mean NEVER return back to Regional One to get seen for anything! I will be filing a complaint with my PCM and Tricare. From poor communication, rudeness of staff, treatment or lack there of for patients health to the ridiculous parking that y'all have the nerve to charge people for but your building looks terrible on the inside, You guys need to get it together, if you don't like your job get another one.

Terrible facility! I went to them during & after pregnancy and I hate this place! They are SLOW, they have RUDE STAFF & it’s dirty there! Before giving birth my visits to this hospital took soo long! Their wait times are ridiculous! When I went into labor, they used latex products on me after being told CONSTANTLY I am allergic, this was told before I went into labor and during! I had a terrible allergic reaction that I went back TWICE for and they didn’t treat me for it, just sent me home in discomfort! While staying there no one came to take my trash out I had to harrass my nurse to get someone to empty my trash! My child had to stay in the hospital for a couple of days after I discharged & when I went to the hospital to pick my child up the nurse rolled my baby inside of the room with a CLIPBOARD resting on my baby! Covering my baby’s face and body! My 6 weeks check up they didn’t check me to see if my uterus had went down or anything! He didn’t worry about anything except getting me on birth control like I have a bunch of children or something! You never see the doctor you’re assigned too, maybe that first visit. I later found out that the doctor I was assigned too had stopped working there, no one made me aware of this at all. The pressure you to see men if you’d requested to only deal with women, the doctor told me “why would you want a woman, you should want a man” AND HE ACTUALLY MADE ME GIVE HIM AN ANSWER BEFORE HE WENT AND GOT A FEMALE DOCTOR!! When I’d run out of meds & call in to get more they’d always give me hard time, like it was too much for them to call in simple prescriptions! I could say so much more but just please STAY AWAY! I was sent to emergency to have emergency foot surgery on June one and I asked for my adult daughter to come in with me. She had all my information with me. The smart talking security guard said the waiting room was too full, only I could go in with a fractured foot. OK, I complied. I sat for an hour watching others going inside there were plenty of seats left. I walked with my walker to where the security guard was still sitting and since my daughter was standing in the rain, I asked could she could in. He said he already said the waiting room was too full. I told him to come look, people had gone back, It was no longer full and since it was emergency surgery I needed her back there with me. Again, he denied my daughter to come back. I told him it's was my right to have her with me. Again, he denied me. Then I told him he was abusing his power, that I was a social worker and it was my right to have my daughter there since she had all my information. Then the security guard and the one giving out mask laughing, locked me out of the er. I had to go home with a broke food. I had to come back the very next day and get cut with pins which might not have been necessary if I hadn't waited and went in as Dr. Ryder told me. Then went put on the forth floor the sign above said call don't fall. For four and one half days while I was there, my nurse call light and lift up button never worked.T he security guard was there June one between five and seven o'clock. I have never been treated this terribly in my life. He needs to be out of there, especially since I was locked and all he had to do is just get off his hind in and look.
