So I placed an order online but unfortunately the driver had a flat on way to deliver. She called me immediately and let me know what was going on. I call the store and was told they would make me a new order and it would be here in around 25 minutes. 30 minutes later another delivery driver brings the same order that had been done and out for delivery is for almost a hour to my door. When I ask is it the same order she informed me it was. When I tell her the restaurant said they were making a new order she told me that was NEVER told to me. She then proceeds to call the owner in front of me and begins talking very ugly about me for at least 5 minutes with him. All the while I am on the phone with store and the “owner” is there. The lady at store tells me again SHE never told me they would remake it instead of speaking with employee who said she would. Needless to say they refunded the money but left us with nasty pizza that went straight to the garbage. I did speak with the owner but he said he was nothing but a regional manager and if I filed a complaint to corporate they would just send it back down to him. In the end none of them even offered a apology for the customer being called a liar even though he acknowledged it was not correct. In the end I will never order from this store again instead I will make the drive a little further and pick up my food! In response to the response: Dominos didn't care til I wrote a review. If yall wish to place someone on phone orders who speaks poor English, that's your choice. Her English was so bad that two of us could not understand her despite asking her to repeat herself multiple times. When I asked to speak to her manager, she put me on hold for a very, very long time. I guess she though that I would hang up. The manager was short and direct..it's not my choice (about who Dominos places on phone orders). He never tried to take my order nor say anything else. Just silence. I finally said bye. The same the next day ... couldn't understand anything she said. I've stpped using Dominos, I use Jets' down the street. I inferred thayou, the owner, placed the Asian lady on phone duty and the manager had no control over the situation. Read moreI recommend finding another location because this location has the worst service and management I've encountered. This is one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. I ordered all 3 of my pizzas online, and I unselected the option of extra cheese on all of my specialty pizzas, assuming they would just get the normal serving of cheese. When I got the pizzas, only one of the pizzas came out with the regular serving of cheese, the other two came out with no cheese at all. I called the location and asked for the pizzas to be remade, but I received rude and hostile service from the server, who absolutely refused to remake the pizzas. I then asked to speak with a manager. Her name was Casy. This woman was just as difficult and rude as the server, if not more so!
