I ordered a pizza and sandwich from this store on 4/14 and it was a ridiculous experience. The order came fast enough but when I opened the pizza the entire thing had been smashed and all the cheese was on the lid of the box. I called the store and whoever answered the phone acted like I was interrupting something and was short with me after I asked for another pizza. She wanted me to take a store credit. There was no offer for anything extra like they're supposed to do when they mess up but I guess they don't do that anymore. She told me I would have to wait until they can get back to me and I have to give the old pizza back. Whatever, not a big deal. When the new one came it was quite seriously drowning in sauce considerably more then the first one. I ordered extra sauce on it but this was majorly excessive. It looked like someone got mad that I asked for a reorder and used half a bottle of sauce all while probably going "well he ordered extra sauce". When I called the manager on duty was extremely rude saying "well when people ask for extra sauce they like to have extra sauce". Everything literally fell off the slice when I picked it up because of how much there was. She said she knew I used to work there (almost 2 years ago) and I said "good then you know I know much sauce should be on this and you purposely dumped extra sauce because you were mad at me" She continued to argue with me and said that she'd give me a credit. I said no I and when I asked for a refund and she told me she'd refund the order and then I'd have to charge me for the sandwich I ate. I agreed as the sandwich was fine but then she comes at me wanting to charge the full price instead of the coupon price. I know she could have changed it and lied when she said she couldn't (I used to work there, remember) she was just being nasty. It doesn't matter. I used to work with a really good group of people at this location some of which are still there but they've hired in some god awful people who need to go. I am a store manager now in retail and I would have instantly fired any of my employees if I heard them talking to a customer the way she talked to me. I have worked in retail and service so long I know what we go through with customer and so I almost never complain. She brought it out of me with a vengeance. Read moreWe placed an order online like always. 2 philly cheese steak pizzas. Both no mushrooms. When the order (50$ total) was delivered both pizzas had tons of mushrooms. I called the store and the person who answered was absolutely rude. Told me I had to bring the pizzas to the store before they could remake them because they had to see them before remaking them. I told him no. They could make them and swap. I ordered and it was not my fault for the error. He continued to bagger me about how it would take a while before anyone could bring them so he would just give me a credit. I refused that as well so then he rudely explained that if he had a driver bring these pizzas to me I was not allowed to keep the two pizzas and had to return them to the driver. Then when the driver finally came with the correct pizzas I asked for the managers name on duty tonight and he told me he was not allowed to give out names or any other information to me that he just works there and he is just a driver and if I have a problem I should have come to the store. I will absolutely never order again from y’all. We usually order once a week. I have never been so rudely treated and especially to be accused of trying to rip off someone for free pizza. Read moreI ordered for delivery with the promise of an estimated quote time of 37-47 minutes. It was 4:02 when it entered the Quality Check only for it to SIT in Quality Check for the next forty minutes. I ordered at 3:53 so it was about an hour till I finally decided to call them and request for it to be pick up/carry out instead. As I get there, I'm not greeted and the front counter girl didn't say a word besides the total. I had to say my name and she didn't ask me a simple are you ordering or picking up? As she hands me my pizza, I check it only for it to be COLD to the touch and dry as a bone like it was sitting there for the 40 minutes. I worked at Papa John's for two years so I easily knew it has been sitting there for a long while. I flat out tell them it's cold and just gross at this point. The manager comes over and was like, "Well it was under the heating rack." I told him it's unacceptable because it was still sitting there for 40 minutes losing the quality of it. Finally he offered to remake it. The customer care here is extremely lacking and something that I cannot stand for because I personally pride myself in personal care for my customers as I work in the food service and genuinely care.
