Great Wraps — Restaurant in Memphis

I start with 5 stars and then deduct for everything that merits losing a star. I have arrived at 2 stars. So what went wrong? I have dined here several times over the last couple of months and I continue to encounter the exact same problems every single time that I go. I paid $0.75 for "extra cheese" on a menu item called the "Cheesy Chicken Gyro." And I have ordered this same item every time that I have gone, thinking that they would fix it. Sometimes I don't even know if there is any cheese at all on it. If there is any, it's not much. It's a negligible amount. I have even directly pointed that out to them and told them that I always order extra cheese and it feels like I never receive anything for that upcharge. It continued to be the case. It was never rectified. With that said - the food is a bit overpriced, and they clearly don't listen to instructions when they are added to orders. I just feel a bit cheated trying to desperately give some cheese added to an item that should already have cheese on it. It's childish. I won't...

I hate leaving negative reviews but sometimes you just need to. I ordered a philly cheese steak that honestly wasn't that good, but also I've definitely had worse. It's the fries that's got me hot under the collar. I ordered the loaded fries(paid $3.00 extra to have cheese sauce, bacon and sour cream) and I don't know where to begin. The fries were being stored in the deep fryer baskets over the grease. They had Styrofoam containers with the loaded fries sitting under the heat lamp where the regular fries are supposed to go. They were only cooking(and serving) half cooked fries that were completely white, wet, falling apart, and barely warm. The loaded ones had sour cream and cheese product that was being kept at unsafe food temperatures sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Someone needs to get the Health Department called on them. NEVER...

I was not happy with my order! I ordered 2 large super gyros and the thinly sliced meat was already precut and stored in a heated drawer. It did not taste like any gyro meat I've ever eaten! They asked if I wanted to make it a combo meal but after I saw the precooked fries sitting in the basket over the deep fryer I had to respectfully decline! I can't stant when you're too lazy to prepare fresh fries. I will wait for them to cook, but DO NOT TRY TO SERVE ME FRIES THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN COOKED AND JUST SIT IN THE BASKET FOR REHEAT AND SERVE! I only ate half half of the wrap and gave the other half to my dog! The taste was horrible! This was a waste of my $21! Will never...
