Disappointing Experience at Peiwei Asian Express

I recently visited Peiwei Asian Express and was extremely disappointed with both the service and the quality of food. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, largely due to the rude demeanor of the lady at the counter.

Not only was she dismissive and impolite, but the portion sizes of the food were shockingly small for the price charged. It felt like a complete rip-off. The flavors were mediocre at best, and the overall dining experience was ruined by the lack of hospitality and value for money.

First off they were rude and rushed u to place your order, the food was awful, I order the fried cheese wontons and fried rice with steak and mush room, when I say NASTY!!!! The wontons were old so I asked could they cook me an order, immediately start saying they fresh 2 minutes, girl first of all they’re not and I paid for good food, this mess is old, they refuse to cook an order and gave my money back when I say awful service, don’t bother eating here...

My first visit to the restaurant and I walked in without a clue as to what to order. Veronica Hand, assistant manager, greeted me in a friendly way and went through the menu with me, giving information on each dish.
