I've patronized this business for years however they have lost a customer. I called to place an order for pick up at 7:20 and the worker stated that since it was late I needed to pay by phone. No problem....She attempted to take my card however she received an error message and admitted they had been having problems when they manually entered the numbers but could I be there by 7:30. Since we were near again not a problem. When my husband arrived at 7:30 she says we turned the grease off...huh what?? The cook leaves at 7:30 that's why I asked could you be here before 7:30. Now sis we both know that you asked could I be there by 7:30 and we know there is no way my chicken would have been done in 10 minutes unless you were planning on handing out food poisoning. The business hours are listed until 8 pm so maybe you need your hours to reflect 7:30. If I could rate it negative stars based on this...

Food is good most of the time, especially when they follow instructions. The reason I gave it two stars is because of the constant attitude from the older woman that normally works the front and answer the phone. I'm a regular, you should know me by now. A customer has the right to ask a question with no attitude, especially when I'm giving you my money. Other than her attitude that is a problem most of the time, every thing else I can deal with.

Update: My credit card worked, owner is a liar and will no longer get my business. If my credit card didn't work, how do I have a receipt from today USING my credit card. Lying on your customers shows you have issues. I would give it ZERO stars if possible because the owner lies on GOOGLE REVIEWS. Thankfully I have a pic of the receipt to prove my credit...

Terrible. the woman is just awful. She pushes you out the door when you come pick up your order even when they say your order will be ready in 25 minutes you have to wait in the restaurant for another 20 because it’s not ready. Doesn’t care to take your order. But for a family owned business you should want all business that walks through your door or calls your restaurant. If they don’t close till 8 pm and you’re calling for a very small order around 6:30pm they answer and leave you sitting on the phone without answering or saying hello then they block your number 😂😂. So just don’t order from here too close to closing time. Make sure the sun is still up. Because they’re ready to clean up shop...
