Hardee’s — Restaurant in Memphis

I stopped at this location to eat on my lunch break I tried to go inside only to find that the lobby doors are locked so I go to the drive thru there was 2 cars in front of me the girl there tells me to pull around for my total after I placed my order. I was sitting there for 10 minutes waiting to pull around then when I get to the window the girl tells me to hold on and I sat there for another 15 minutes just for her to come and say something is wrong with the register that I would have to use a card I said that I only have cash. She tried to close the window on me and walk off I had to yell to get her attention again to let her know about the lobby doors being locked she tells me that they aren't locked and that I wasn't pulling hard enough. I told her that I yanked on the doors and they are locked basically tried to argue with me about it and the manager was no where to be found this is the most unprofessional place that I ever visited. I ended up having to go back to work without eating and tell my coworkers not to go to that location and I told them what happened and they agreed that they are not going there either. That store really needs to be closed down and retrain the staff especially those rude kids that they have...

Let's just start with the fact that I've never written a bad review on ANYTHING in my entire life but I just had to share this. It started by pulling up to the drive with one vehicle at the speaker and two behind him. No big deal. Then I noticed that the car at the speaker wasn't moving. For about 7 or 8 minutes. That's an eternity in fast food time right? Finally the first car moved on then the next two proceeded at a relatively normal pace. Then when I got to the speaker...crickets for about 10 minutes.I'm not even kidding about that. Which by the way gave me plenty of time to notice how overpriced their chicken biscuits were. Then when I finally got to the pickup window a young lady took my money and asked me to pull up further to wait for my food. I respectfully declined citing that the previous 20 minute wait should suffice. The young lady didn't say anything but I could tell she disagreed. Nevertheless I waited at the window for the next several minutes until she reappeared with my order and a steel- melting glare. Wasn't all bad though. During the wait one of my daughters finished her undergrad work at the University of Phoenix and my brother- in- law outlasted his withdrawal symptoms and kicked his meth...

Waited 8 minutes in line, only 1 vehicle in front of us, finally when it was my turn, I repeated my order 3 times, with long lag times in between... when I finally got to the window, my order was repeated correctly to me, my payment was requested and then I was told to pull up to the parking space ahead my food would be out asap.. )=\ Seriously??? I'd been there for 15 minutes already.. I followed directions and waited and waited and waited.. 8 minutes later our food was practically pushed through my window on me. The fries were hot!! Yaay!!! Little Victories... I was thrilled, my grilled chicken club sandwich. Agghhh gross.. dried out completely.. so dry I had a difficult time to swallow it. The bun was good, the lettuce was wilty, tomato was see thru and slippery, a gob of mayo on the top bun. I never tasted any bacon and there wasn't any cheese. I was pretty disappointed.. needless to say, I won't be back.. well they did have hot fries! And the employee that took my payment was not rude.. I understand it's tough to work in fast food, I didn't enjoy what looked so delicious on the menu board.. eat at...
